I’ve tried a lot of salons in my time and Doll has nailed it. From the fabulous selection of drinks when you arrive to the range of services available on offer. You can get your hair and make up done at the same time and I always come out feeling a million dollars. The only downside is that I now bring my teenage daughters so it is costing me a fortune!! We’re definitely regulars now and won’t be going anywhere else.

Georgia very friendly and sorted out my nails! They were a state when I walked in and now they are stunning so booked again. Thanks for the great chat and stunning nails!!!

Always amazing service by Laura! I walk away with hair that looks and feels amazing. She's always made sure I get exactly what I've asked for and I'm never disappointed. Staff and service always wonderful.

I love coming to doll hq! I would book an appointment every week if I could! The girls are all SO welcoming no bad vibes in there at all, the salon is spotless and all the treatments are amazing and reasonably priced! Danielle, Kirsty (MUA’s) Laura, Emilie (Hair) are incredible, and also Jess (Dr Wax) is fabulous!! I already can’t wait to return, going to Doll is such a treat you leave feeling incredible xxxx

Won’t go anywhere else for my hair, always love the results and come out feeling fresh and revived 😌 Such a lovely welcoming atmosphere in the salon and the pink decor makes it such a nice environment, I always look forward to my appointments. Already have my next booked in with Emilie but might have to move it closer! 🥰

The salon is my fave place to go! I love all the girls in there, they are so friendly and welcoming, the service is amazing and the salon is clean and tidy and so pink! They all go above and beyond there! Serena is my go to lash girl and they are by far the best lashes I’ve ever had! Georgina again, does the best nails and started me on my BIAB journey and I would never look back or go elsewhere! And Nancy who does my hair, spends so much time and effort to get it perfect and I get so many compliments! Overall, I love it here and would never go anywhere else xxx

Love Doll HQ 💖 all of the girls are so lovely. Nancy does my hair and Ell does my lashes and brows. 10/10 service every single time from both of them. Don’t see myself going anywhere else now that I’ve found these two!

Honestly, the best salon and beauty experience ever.
Such a warming atmosphere, every single member of staff are so nice and accommodating.
Roya has been doing my nails for over 2 years, every 2 weeks, she’s the best nail technician.
Recently had my hair coloured here and the results are gorgeous, very talented hair stylist, Faye.

I’ve had my hair coloured and had extensions fitted as well as my lashes done at Doll Beauty multiple times and it’s my favourite place to go in Chester!
All the girls in the salon are so lovely and welcoming and their work is always of the highest standard!
It’s always a lovely experience in the most beautiful salon and I’m always over the moon with the results.

What a gorgeous salon for starters, wow. Love my visits here from pedicures to facials and fabulous nails with Jordan. Lovely service and always have to pick up some doll treats to self haha. ❤️

Finally booked in with the hair queen Faye, from start to finish she was amazing, she was so lovely and no question was too much, she helped me decide on the colour and length as I needed a good cut. You can tell how experienced is with hair she could honestly do it with her eyes closed. Faye used the nicest products on my hair making it feel so soft and smooth, my hair has now got life back into it, it was so flat before. I can't thank Faye enough for this she's the best!!

I have used doll over the years for many different services, from hair, make up, nails, waxing and the service is always 5*. All the team at doll are friendly, professional and welcoming. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling fabulous!

Dr Wax 5🌟!!!

Had my first ever wax by Jess, I’m such a baby when it comes to these type of things but honestly my experience was great!

I messaged Jess first when thinking whether I should do it and she was super helpful with explaining what happens and the timings.

I booked in the same day and from the moment I got there to leaving she was super helpful! I booked in to get a Hollywood wax (don’t know why I decided for this as my first ever wax not even had a brow wax😂)

Jess made me feel super comfortable, and said she would try it first and see if I wanted to continue, I was honestly so scared before and it wasn’t as bad, I don’t know why I put off for so long! Hey booked in ladies!!

Had my makeup done by Katie Mc, Katie is honestly the best about, one of the nicest girls ever, always makes me laugh and never judges on the state of my arrival but makes me feel amazing when leaving the salon! And not forgetting forever going above and beyond to help get my last min appointments. Makeup is always perfect 💖

Booked my step daughter in for highlights cut and blow. Cannot fault the girls! Amazing service from start to finish they bent over backwards to make it Enjoyable and Nancy really put her at ease! Can’t wait to go back!

Katie MC is my go to for make up, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s welcoming, she listens to what you want and always makes me feel amazing when I leave. I never feel rushed and she is such a perfectionist when it comes to making sure my makeup looks perfect.
Katie will always go over and above…. A couple
Of times now I haven’t had a hair appointment and mentioned I wish I’d booked it to be curled and she’s managed to fit me in with one of the hairstylists.

Katie has been doing my make for years. She always smashes it and does it exactly how I love it, Katie is very friendly and always makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed into the salon. I will always go to Katie for my make up and always recommend her to friends and family.
