Price and quality is very acceptable. Shipping and tracking is fast and well done. Packaging, instructions, and tutorials are excellent.

They shipped the wrong pool cover (a much cheaper one, and the wrong size). They gave us the runaround for a week, and then finally told us our correct cover had shipped. Waited another week, cover never showed up. Called them, apparently our order was canceled because it's out of stock, but they never informed us of this. They now refuse to refund our money unless we cut a swatch out of the cover we received and send it back to them. Meanwhile, I have a pool full of leaves and have to source another cover. I'm going to have to get our money back via a dispute with the credit card company.

Such as easy process to order a new pool cover with Doheny's! The service rep, Kiara Nelson could not have been nicer nor more informative. The entire process was easy and quick, and I believe we had our new cover in under 2 weeks after shipping the old one to the company for duplicating. The price was higher than I anticipated, but everything costs more in the past year, and it's been 23 years since my first Doheny pool cover was ordered! Not a bad track record!

One of the things I like about doheny's is the catalog I get mailed to me. Of course I go online to order and prices and discounts and whatever. Also my stuff arrives quickly and safely ie not leaking. And I get helpful advice with problems I encounter. All in all..Great company. Thanks

Shipping was fast, as promised. Just installed this cover. It was very easy, feels pretty well made. Haven’t used one like this before so looking forward to seeing how it holds up.

I ordered a 21 foot pool cover with 10 year warranty. When I opened the cover it was as thin as a trash bag. I could almost see through it. I started reading the enclosed material & it stated if you live where you have lots of snow or ice that the cover may not hold up & you would need to use a broom to sweep it off. Nowhere on the website description does it tell you that. I wanted to exchange the cover for something sturdier. They were going to charge a 20 percent restocking fee & I had to pay return postage & I had to insure the cover. Then when they received the cover & it passed their inspection I would get a store credit. By the time I paid the restocking fee & postage I would have nothing left. Very poor customer service. I have ordered numerous items from Doheny’s including my robot vacuum. I will never order from them again. I figure 20 percent restocking fee & postage would cost me approximately $35 & I paid $68 for the cover. I would have a $33 credit. Ridiculous!

I've always had great results from the order to the receipt of the product. And all the products I've used as as good as the description. Wouldn't get pool supplies anywhere else, and encourage my "pool friends and family" to use Doheneys for their products too.

I order some chemicals for my pool and one came that was expired by several months. They sent a replacement which was also expired, but stated it will still work. In the meantime they sent a shipping label to return the first one, but I stated I hadn't had time to test using it yet. They immediately charged me for the second one so I kept both since I had paid for it.
Upon trying to by items recently I was banned from buying products from them for life. When ask why, they stated because we sent you a shipping label and you didn't return the product. I told them you charged me for it why would I return it. Due to this I was banned from purchasing from them ever again.
Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere?

The service is fast, and the product is good and competitive. Marketing on line however is continuously misleading by advertising 10 percent off but never giving it for one reason or another. Fake news on the "save 10%"

The 300$ pool cover is not what I expected. I expected it to be easier to close the pool . Still has a wire to go around and the clips are extremely hard to get on this is my 4 th cover in 5 years delivery was good let's see how it holds up as the first one ripped after one winter . Not this brand definitely not lighter or easier to do .

Product actually outperforms all other chemicals I have used in the past by a wide margin. Extremely happy with the results.

Easy to order on line,prompt delivery, order was correct and perfect condition. Excellent customer service.

On 6/19/2023 I ordered a mesh pool cover from this company. In the spring I saw the cover was coming apart and left strings in the bottom of my pool. The center joints were coming apart. I sent pictures of the damage to the company. The cover had a 5 yr. Yr. Warranty on it. They refused to make it good and never even offered a replacement. They said it was not their fault. Buyer beware. They don't stand behind their products. All of the eyelets are also pulling apart. Terrible company to do business with.

I ordered a winter cover, 160.00, and after I put it on I noticed a defect near the seam. I was disappointed because I wasn't taking it all off again.
