purchased hi vis jacket on 30/06/25 its 19/08/25 stitching on zip already coming apart cheap rubbish my last jacket lasted 2 years cant return if worn

Everything was good except the sizing. I bought a few 97R Cotton drill utility shorts with side tabs but they are a little large. It would be good if they could be adjusted a little tighter for that size width. I wear the same 97R drill short with Hard Yakka and King Gee and can adjust the side tabs a lot tighter to fit on hip properly. My DNC shorts can be used in the future.

terrible customer service, poor quality product. The holster pockets (which are the whole reason for the purchase) are too narrow for a working man's hand to go in requiring me to use two hands when hot to get anything out of them. material seems tough enough but the finish quality is more bag like than trouser like. I tried to return the second pair that have not been opened. The returns website would not work for me (you have to work out that the order number has to have the prefix removed for it to work) slow and inadequate responses on how to return the trousers meant the 30 days returns time limit expired and no i get no response at all. Stuck with two items i don't like. NOT HAPPY

Excellent company to buy work boots from. Got them for a cheaper price and posted out immediately! Asked them to resend the invoice today (I accidentally deleted it) and they did it straight away. I love a good company that is this responsive. I will be purchasing from them again 😊
