Dont buy from them.
I got my son an xbox and 2 games for christmas. The games didnt work and ruined christmas. I called and they were only able to replace one game. They didnt offer any extra compensation for the trouble. it took me 2 weeks to get the games. They are supposed to check the games and make it a good easy buying experiance. Dont buy from them. Its not worth it.

Scammers
I bought a video game from them and SURPRISE! It's only "disc 1" and the game told me to insert disc 2. Why the hell is one of the discs sold as an individual item? Now I have to go through the process of returning ANOTHER GAME for the THIRD TIME for a f∆cking refund. Don't waste your time or your money.

Thanks for the review! Our prices go up and down with the market and are based on how much we sell, how much we have in stock and how easy it is to replenish our stock. We try to keep our prices low because we sell more products that way! We also provide services that people want that you don't get from other places. People want clean and tested games so we do that, and we specialize in authentic original retro products.
Expensive and *possibly* misleading!
Terribly expensive and *possibly* misleading. Their prices are wayyy out there and you'd might as well buy from somewhere else. They seem like nice and genuine people, and their services are very good (which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1), but, even for a business, their prices are way too high. Also, their "mark-offs" are definitely misleading. Their prices seem to be always "on sale". Which, if that's the case, doesn't that make that "sale price" the actually official price? Seems like they are trying to fake their sale prices and make it look like you
are saving a few bucks by buying from them. Now, once again, that is all speculation, but there is definitely something up with their pricing.

We are constantly adjusting our prices to reflect market values, and they are set according to what we have in stock, how easy it is to restock, and the services we provide as a company that you don't get through places like eBay and Facebook Marketplace. The original prices are what is based off of the market prices, and the discounted pricing on many of our products is based off of what we are able to sell them at according to the above. We want our prices to be as low as possible, because we sell more that way!

Hi, Sarah! The reason for our pricing is that we aim to keep a consistent stock of items and avoid selling out. In order to do this, we need to make predictions about what we will sell in the future and prepare accordingly. If we end up selling more than we predicted, the prices may go up due to the need to quickly restock by purchasing from other sources at a higher cost. On the other hand, if we sell less than we predicted, the prices may go down because we have excess inventory and can restock at a lower cost. Horrible Price Gouging
There's no other way to put this, other than that this place is absolutely horrible. There's no way you guys can justify selling a ps2 for $270, when you are paying customers $20 for theirs. That's over 10x the profit, so there is no way you rise and lower prices based on inventory when you are paying people that much and then you took the prices for trade-in's off your website cause you got called out, this company needs some serious rework cause this is ridiculous. Also why is everything on here answered with the same,

WAY overpriced, terrible customer service, items in rough shape... AVOID at all cost. There are WAY better alternatives online to purchase retro video games.

This is an absolute horrible and dishonest place to do business as far as I am concerned. I wish I could give less than 1 star!! I sent in a PSP game system to sell to them. It was in perfect working order. They said it was a Japanese version and would not pay me for it. I told them fine and to just let me know the procedure to have the item returned and that I would pay the postage. I have sent 4 emails requesting how to get my property back and they refuse to give me an answer. This has been ongoing for over a week. I asked for a way to contact the owner and they will not answer. I don't know what else to do at this point but to warn others to just beware that if you send something in to them it is subject to being confiscated without payment!

I ordered a gamecube controller. When I received it the thumbstick was loose and the controller was dirty. At least the return process was easy and fast. Can’t say I will make another purchase from them.

I love their social media videos...but
I looove their social media videos. As an owner of many old systems I can say the pricing in their website is absurd! Most of these systems and games were cheaper when brand new. I get it's a business but you can go to any goodwill or pawn shop and get better deals. I don't see this lasting into the years to come.

If we sell more than predicted we have to go out and get more quickly so as not to sell out and also get more than expected for the coming months as we have to raise our projections. When that happens we have to pay more and sale prices have to go up. As we level off and we can keep up with our inventory, prices come down. Purchased an Atari game — Jungle Hunt and the game came on time and works great. Took me back to my childhood. Will definitely be looking at other retro consoles/games from them.

I have been trying to contact them for a while, a couple weeks so far, and I keep getting the same auto response, they sold my bf a broken system. An NES to be exact. It came broken and they won’t answer us, refund us, or even offer to take a look at it. Sucks to have bought from scammers. I’m over waiting. We don’t even want the system anymore, we want our money back so we can buy a WORKING one.

Wish they would've elaborated more
I just received three Uncharted games this week, and although they work well, I wish in the product description they would've elaborated more on what the product was going to look like. For starters, two of the games were the Playstation Greatest Hits cases, not the original. This is fine and all but I wish I would've known that ahead of time and I would've asked for the original cases. On my other game, the case wasn't even an OEM case, it was a cheaper plastic that stands out next to my other Ps3 games. Other than that the games themselves work perfectly fine.

Bringing back old memories
From the moment I saw them on Facebook I knew id eventually get something from them. Ended up getting an original Sega Genesis and I couldn't have been more ecstatic once I received it with the couple games that I ordered with it. After reliving many fond memories, I just had to go back and get a few more games and long and behold they had them. You guys are amazing and hope to see more of you guys. I know I'll most likely be buying a few more things in the next coming months.
