Poor customer service and product never arriving.

I ordered a jumper as a Christmas for my girlfriend. I purchased this product at the beginning of December, according to their international shipping timings, the product should have arrived in time for Christmas. I contacted the company about this issue and the person who I spoke to responded saying it's been processed, I don't know where it is, we can't do anything about it. For a company like DKNY this is absolutely poor. Even today, I have still not received the product.

I am waiting two months for my order and it’s still not even shipped

Do not order! I am trying to receive an order which was made on the 29th of November. After trying to contact DKNY via Facebook, Instagram, sites agents and email. It seems to be quite impossible to receive a response. I managed to receive a response via Instagram on the 17th of December when I received a link to track my order and from the link I could see that the order was processed on the 17th of December, meaning if I had not contacted them the order would of never been processed. Today , I am trying to contact them again after they said they will provide and ETA shortly after a week, and still have not received the ETA. I contacted them with the hope to receive some more information of the whereabouts of the parcel, however after 3 days of waiting for a response they said they will update the whereabouts and after 2 weeks ( from the 18th of December) the bag was shipped today even though on the 18th of December the parcel states “ready to ship” in the link provided from them. It looks like I have to contact them throughout every step of the delivery in order to manage the parcel myself somehow, as it seems impossible for them to manage their orders. For an established brand like this the experience is beyond devastating. After two months of waiting and planning this order to be part of a Christmas present I hope it will arrive at least for Easter. DO NOT ORDER! The 14 days international delivery is more like 4 months if you contact them on daily basis , I cannot imagine if I had not contacted them as the order would have never been processed…I lost my hope for the order to be delivered but I am hoping I can receive at least an ETA.

Horrible service

Like other customers, I should've read the reviews first before placing the order. Items are not shipped, refunds are not issued. Yet, they took the full amount in front, and customer service is the worst...Even chatting online - one question - it takes them half hour to answer! Unbelievable! Phone is a nightmare too. Still trying to get a refund. Dont order from their web site. Absolutely the worst! Never experienced anything like that before.

Finally i got my order after more than…

Finally i got my order after more than 1 month. It didnt ship like 2 weeks and when i read reviews here i thought i lost my money. i contacted them via facebook, instagram, emails but all they wrote me that it's backorder and they would ship it. When i lost my hope and decided to wrote paypall about this scam order, i got email that they shipped my order via fedex. And fedex gave it to me like 10-14 days after. Anddd i wrote reviews that people got wrong order and i exactly knew that will be next round of scam 😃 I ordered two bourgoundy bag and they sent me other color - brown (both) 😃 i dont know who told them to send me this color 🥹 i'm really happy that i dont loose that money but all i got is wrong order. I will never buy anything from their disgusting website. I order things from online like already 10-15 years but it's my first time to be in that disgusting situation. i can never imagine that this would be happen to me. Everyone who needs help contact them as many time as u can until they ship your oder, via facebook, instagram and i used this email too d k n b y he l p @ s b a-cc. com

Should have read the reviews first before ordering! But trusted that a long established brand would have their act together!?!?! Will never ever order from this scam company ever again!!! Placed order Dec 2 today is Dec 24, when they promise delivery in 5 to 9 business days!?!?!? WTF?? Also their website has no info how to return (if the delivery ever comes that is..) Absolute garbage scammer "brand". I'm in California and can't opt out from "do not sell my info" either. Their website is trash, nothing works. No tracking no opt outs. Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought that $$$ company is just a scam act.

I tried DKNY Delicious and it smells…

I tried DKNY Delicious and it smells like toilet cleaner to me. After a few attempts I give up. Gross and never again. If I need to have people prosecuted for that abuse and being forced at gun point to smell like a sewar or not do the maths.

Scam

Just like everyone else, I have been scammed by a major brand.

Order for a coat was placed on 29 Nov 2024 with delivery promised in 6-10 days (UK). After 2 weeks, order was not even dispatched.

Contacted customer service who took over a week to respond stating that there was no stock. I requested a cancellation and as of 19 Dec 2024, no refund has been issued.

DKNY have taken my money and not sent anything. My last hope is this can be sorted out by paypal, or I will have had £59 stolen.

Where is my parcel?

I made an order on 01/12/24 and haven’t heard anything back from them, after sending several emails to DKNY service, messaging them on instagram, to emailing them from their website too.
I cannot get a response from them.

This is a christmas gift i got for my mother, after paying for faster delivery to make sure i get this way before christmas, i am left very frustrated with no reply, no tracking ID and just my order froze on “Processing Order”. It has now been 3 weeks of hearing nothing back from them. Their live chat service is never available and their number isn’t even recognised.

The most appalling online buying experience ever

The most appalling online services ever! If you can buy DKNY elsewhere, do. Don't go to them directly as their ecommerce platform can't handle buying multiple items. On 23 November, I ordered 5 items: RHINESTONE LOGO CUFFED JOGGER XS x 2, Cargo joggers x 2 and a sweatshirt x 1.
On 26 November, I received a note confirming that the Rhinestone joggers were on back order. I received nothing about the remaining items. A couple of days later, I rang DKNY CS & asked about the order. The CS rep said that the sweatshirt was also on back order and that the cargo joggers had been shipped. On hearing that it could take 30 days or more for back order items, I requested a cancellation & refund. I rec'd zero notification from DKNY regarding the other item on back order nor that one of the items had shipped. A shipping confirming is a basic communication when buying online. BTW, I shortly received the cargo joggers w/o any invoice/refund information and had to call again in this regard. A few days later, I rang DKNY CS to check the status of the refund. The rep confirmed that the order had not been properly entered and one of the rhinestone joggers was not included. She confirmed that she amended the cancellation to include this additional item and said that the additional refund would be made within 3-5 business days. 3 subsequent phone calls to DKNY CS and 1 email on the 4 December, all confirming that the additional refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. Today is 16 December and still nothing. So I call DKNY .. AGAIN! Today I was told that the 2nd rhinestone joggers had never been cancelled. Seriously?! WTH is going on. I have asked for a supervisor to call me as this whole experience, apart from trying to get the refund, but the standard sequence of communication (a) order confirmation (b) shipment confirmation (c) order delivered has been non existent with DKNY. So unless you want to spend weeks haggling with their CS team via phone (they don't answer emails), go elsewhere. BTW DKNY, I have taken note of the the CS reps names and the validity of my review here can easily be verified. Let’s see how long it takes DKNY to revert. I’m not holding my breath.

Items I bought don’t appear to exist

I ordered a sweater and coat for Christmas and both got instantly back ordered. I suspect the company knew there were not enough left and yet put them out to sell.

If one was back ordered I’d get it— but both? And it’s been a month. They do not have these products. And when I email for help, I get basically an answer that gives me nothing. Nowhere on their site to check orders

This kind of deliberate misrepresentation of products on hand now results in my never buying from them again. Every day another msg that it’s on back order. Don’t do it.

I wouldn’t order from DKNY again even if it was free.

I’ve probably been ordering clothes online since the first year it was possible and without doubt DKNY are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they are so bad if they were paying me to order something I still wouldn’t order. The fact that they call it Customer Service is laughable, the management at DKNY should be ashamed of themselves.

Shocking!!

Shocking!!
Took more than 2 weeks to get the order. Packaging delivered part opened and ends glued to the coat with stains on coat. Stitching in front of coat very amateur. Disgusted by quality. Tried email with no response. The chat line always states 'busy'. Its the worst company I have ever had to deal with and never again!

Do not order from DKNY online…

Ordered on 2nd December 2024 for my nieces birthday on 18th. Money taken when ordered. been trying to contact DKNT to no avail via email, online chat nobody responds. I went on Instagram and they responded and today 14th Dec, I finally receive an email from DKNY saying order processed, package is still in USA. I got an email from Fedex on 13th December advising me that the package had been delivered to me!! It has not its still in the USA. I am now trying to cancel the order and get a refund.

I should have read these reviews before ordering! DKNY is a big scam!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I have ordered three weeks ago for two bags. The only way to contact them I find is by their chat service, I was told it’ll arrive Wednesday 11th dec 2024. It’s 12th today and no sign of my order! I tried the only contact which is the chat line, I was kept there holding for 30 mins only to be cut off. I need my orders or my money back fraudulent DKNY!

Worst company ever!!!!

There is a reason everything is always on sale because no one ever chooses to buy here. Save yourself a full month of waiting for the stock to renew and go by your things from Macy’s. Customer support was no help at All. I ordered a jacket before winter started and they told me to wait for 30 days, for when they would send me an email telling me if it was in stock or canceled! WORST Company ever! I would never ever use it again. STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER THAT THEY HAVEN’T GOTTEN BACK TO ME YET.

What is going on with this company

What is going on with this company? I placed an order on 11/21/24 never received, replaced the order 12/3/24–never received, shipping never updates and no one can figure out what the issue is. I am waiting 20 mins just to be able to cancel an order. This company is going down hill!
