The pajamas are NOT SOFT and WRINKLE BADLY when washed!

On 27 Nov 2025 I ordered my partner a PJ and dog bandana set that she asked for, giving plenty of time before Christmas. Three weeks later I had not received any shipping notification, so I emailed them and I was told that they accidentally 'oversold' that item and that it was no longer in stock, and that I should have received a refund. I responded saying I was disappointed with this and had not received a refund, but also that I understood that sometimes these things happen. Over the following weeks I received no refund, but after Christmas I suddenly received a shipping notification saying a delivery was on its way. Instead of refunding me, they just took it upon themselves to just send me the PJ set which arrived after Christmas however they only sent the PJs and not the dog bandana, so I was out of pocket. So I had to contact them AGAIN to say that they need to refund me for the bandana or send it to me. I was told it was out of stock so they refunded me the difference and shipping fee. The end outcome from all this is acceptable, I received the PJs (albeit late and after Christmas) and got refunded for the item they did not have and shipping costs, but the way we got there was terrible and it took a month and a half. It should not be up to the customer to follow up on these mistakes (mistakes that should not have been made in the first place). If it weren't for me contacting them, I would have been out of pocket with no product, and that's not how customers should be treated. It makes me think that this company are happy to rip off customers. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I was really excited about these PJs, I saw a content creator online who had a several adorable pajamas from Printfresh. I asked for a pair for Christmas and was really excited. I had my mom order me a XS regular. For reference, I’m about 5’0” and ~125lb. I was absolutely swimming in these. They are not short-person friendly in the slightest. I’m certain that even an XXS would have too large. When my mom went to return the set, they sent her to a return company that charged $30 to print the return label. Additionally, she spent $189 and only got a refund for $160. For the price of these pajamas, I would have expected much better quality and better customer service when it comes to returns. Not worth the money at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Especially with such a hassle to return the clothes when they don’t fit.

This company may have cute prints but THATS ABOUT IT!

This is the worst company to do business with. I will never shop from them again! They do not realize what a good customer they lost! I have been attempting to get a hold of them since July! And no one responds!
You owe me either the money for my return or return my too large pajamas to me!

I INSERTED A LENGTHY LETTER IN MY RETURN PACKAGE OF AUGUST 7, WITH TWO RETURNS, FOR ORDERS OF JULY 16, #571200. WHICH WAS TOO LARGE, I USED YOUR GUIDE AND ADHERED TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS. SO THIS IS NOT ANY FAULT OF MINE. YOUR SIZE GUIDE IS WAY TOO LARGE.

If you love bold prints, you'll love Print Fresh! I've purchased two dresses from them and have loved both. The fit is flattering. The prints are bold and fun.

I am incredibly disappointed with Printfresh. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I placed an order on December 10 and finally ‘tried’ to contact customer service Dec. 23. I found my tracking number online. It was created on Dec. 13th but after that … nothing. The tracking number says it’s waiting for pick up. It’s now Dec. 23. I tried contacting customer service only to have them email me the tracking number! I have the tracking number … what I need is the $500 worth of merchandise I paid for. I tried calling, but you no longer get a person. I did leave a message and doubt I will get a response. They used to have excellent customer service and support. They paid attention to detail. PJ’s used to come in the cutest little bags. Recently I’ve had to return part of my pj’s because they sent a pair of pj’s with an unmatched size bottom and top. Not sure what is happening with them. I really hoped I would have somebody help me. I miss the old Printfresh. They have gone way down hill. Will be turning my attentions to other designers like Dempsey and Desmond and Petite Plume.

PS. Was resolved. Received package. Still not sure what the issue was but Customer Service did reach out. Also, this was supposedly shipped priority. Regardless, received package and before the holidays.

Ordered 16 days ago, still hasn't shipped. Customer service does not respond. We will be disputing the charges with our credit card.

Wow, I am shocked at the quality, or lack there of. I decided to splurge for some luxury pajamas. What a waste. The fabric isn’t anywhere near what I expected for the price. Couple of cute prints, but not at all worth it. Decided to keep one pair and see how they washed etc, UNTIL I discovered the pocket was half sewn shut! $250 for crap quality pjs -not even silk. When I went to return, they charged me $7 per pj to return!!!! On a $750! Order! And asked to UPLOAD pictures of the items to be returned… who has time for that, I already packed them up. I am now deciding to return all 3 items purchased. Cost me a lot of time, and $21 to return. I guess I am the idiot.
