Great product, fast shipping. Just as expected

this is not the first time I have ordered from this company, and they really are excellent products etc.

I ordered anti sneeze guards with a 3-4 working day notice with plenty of time for my first ever baking stall. It did not arrive nor did it arrive until I flagged it up nearly two weeks later. I was met with a rude and unhelpful response but assured my parcel would be sent first class for next day delivery.
Again no parcel after several working days. When flagged up courier was blamed and no responsibility taken by Display pro. The parcel finally arrived today, over two weeks late. Cracked and smashed with the box damaged. While that might be a courier issue, it is not my issue as the customer and await a response from display pro.

Very disappointing customer service and would not recommend.

A terrible company. I ordered an item and paid for express delivery. However they sent the wrong item. Then refused to give me a refund, despite the fact that it was their error.

We ordered a perspex large box and it came broken, within days Displaypro replaced it with a new one. No, fuss, no hustle. Thank you.
