Exactly what I needed to display a memento at home. Very pleased with construction and finish of product, material is crystal clear. Not build it yourself like products sold by other sellers. Well packaged and delivered well within time estimated. Order process was easy to navigate. Good value for price paid.

Just what we needed no fuss

Easy to use website, excellent customer service and quick refund when I realised I had ordered the wrong piece. Products are high quality.

First time I had used you and every thing was fine once I had got used to the website only problem your invoice was almost impossible to read especially after it was printed , treasurer complained

Placed an order or stainless steel shelves a few months ago.
Sadly they came with marks at the edge of the laser cutting protective foil.
The marks are on all sides of the shelves and are quite visible.
After multiple rounds of cleaning with specialised cleaner the marks have not come off.

I got in contact with display pro through email regarding the defect but fid did not receive a response

I ordered the item as it stated a 4 day delivery, I then emailed when the delivery window passed by several days and it was needed for a last minute order to ask when delivery would be. I did receive a quick response and then the stand was shipped the following day so was received in good time. The stand is excellent quality and I would definitely use again. Thank you.

Came in to factory ordered poly sheet and within a couple days was ready and cut to my measurements

Absolutely appalling customer service – avoid if your order is time-sensitive.

I paid extra for express delivery, yet my order wasn’t even dispatched. I only found this out because I had to ring them myself after wondering why nothing had arrived. At no point was I contacted to explain there was a delay.

I needed these acrylic displays for an important business event on the Saturday. When I called on the Friday, I was told the order was still sitting in their warehouse. Had I not chased them, I genuinely don’t know when I would have found out.

Olga in Customer Services was completely unhelpful. There was no urgency, no proactive communication and no attempt to keep me informed. Their website gave no indication of any delays when I placed my order, despite taking payment for express delivery.

To make matters worse, after the event I emailed the company to give them the opportunity to acknowledge what had happened and resolve my concerns before leaving this review. I waited 7 days. They didn’t even have the courtesy to reply.

The only reason I had my displays for my event was because I arranged to collect them myself. Had I relied on their delivery service, my event could have been seriously affected.

Looking at other recent reviews, it appears I’m far from the only customer experiencing poor communication and delivery issues.

The acrylic displays themselves are good quality, but that doesn’t excuse misleading delivery expectations, poor communication and customer service that simply disappears once they’ve taken your money.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need your order by a specific date. Spend your money elsewhere.

Easy to buy and good collection

Good product at fair price delivery good. but not what I wanted so I sent it back.

Was looking for a way to display our fridge magnets since having an integrated fridge/freezer. Perfect for the job!

Less than impressed spoke to Olga in CS and she was rude from the outset of the call. I ordered product that stated in stock and was ringing to see when this was being delivered as paid extra due to urgency. To be told it was even manufactured yet. So the website is misleading. She finally snapped at me and asked if I wanted a refund to which I said yes and she slammed the phone down !

Nice display. Just a bit disappointed because one of them arrived bent.

This is the 2nd time I have paid for express delivery and still not recieved the item. Please do not advertise express delivery if you cannot fulfill!
