Absolutely shocking, ordered a sneeze guard on Sunday. Paid express delivery at the cost of £15 with an expected delivery within 1-2 days. Chasing them all week as no sign of dispatch for them to promise it will be dispatched today at the latest. Still no sign of dispatch so another email sent to then be told they don’t even have the parts and won’t be able to get them until Monday. Why sell something if you don’t have the parts? You’ve now cost me a whole weekend of markets and stock which is thousands over two days of trading. I now can’t trade as I’m without a sneeze guard. Do not bother wasting your time with this shocking company

Quick delivery and the product looked amazing - better than we'd hoped.

I ordered a bespoke steel splashback and was very happy with the product. Cheaper than other online sellers, the quality and delivery were great. Highly recommend.

Excellent product for the price. Fast delivery, well packed.

Where is my order? No communication, no time frame, no nothing.

I need this to complete my work

I want my money back.

Very disappointed with the customer service and the description of the products. I believed I ordered a 3 tier cake cabinet to then receive just the front panel of it. I enquired with the team ant displaypro about this, they stated I had only ordered the front panel which I accepted was my error, however the description was not clear. They went on to say I was able to return the item. I requested a return for it to be rejected. So now I have paid £28.99 for a square piece of plastic that I have absolutely no use for.

The site was very user friendly. Clear and concise.

Easy to order, no issues on delivery!

Query sent using form on website and email received with quote for bespoke size item. Olga has been most helpful throughout the ordering process and I look forward to receiving the items.

Expediating the order to come sooner would have been great. But the stands are great.

Amazing sevice.

Super fast service .. Used many times and always the same service ...

5 Star *****

Great product, will be buying more thank you

Great product, exactly what we were looking for. Communication & deliver spot on.

Easy to navigate site, with great products at very competitive prices. Delivery schedules and costs are well within exceptable limits too.

Order two spit gardes one arrive with a little crack, sent an email with picture, had an answer within minutes offering apologies and a replacement on as already sent... Top job thanks

This is the first time I had purchased from Displaypro. I was delighted with the quality and speed of delivery. The display stand was very easy to assemble and did the jog beautifully

Excellent service

The shelf is creased on delivery. Tried to phone the company on Saturday morning 3 times , told I was 1st and 2nd in the queue only to be kept waiting for more than 12minutes each time . If they are not open on Saturdays the answer phone should say so . Will try and call them Monday
