I purchased hair colours to the value of £38.50 I was sent the wrong order, value at £18.00 the courier dumped the package over the wall. I contacted the company and they apologised and said they would send the right products I told them I was going away and please cancel the order and issue a refund. This they refused to do until such time as I return the wrongly sent items by their courier as I am going away for two weeks this would not be possible despite the making the mistake they are refusing to refund me the full amount in fact anything till they get the items returned. I therefore have to wait two weeks till I get back and be out of pocket for this time. The fault was Directions and any company worth anything would refund me the full amount or difference until such time as their receive the package back, the difference £20.50 but they are refusing -How do you deal with a company who are in the wrong and keep your money. I guess don't use them
