Part of my order didn’t arrive…
Part of my order didn’t arrive initially. I called three times and was told each time that someone would call me back, but no one did. The missing items eventually arrived after a week of waiting. Despite this, I would still consider using them again, as my experience may have been a one-off — other customers seem to have had positive experiences.

Good price and quick delivery BUT loads of horrible tape used to bundle the lengths of channel which then doesn't come off properly and makes a total mess of the channel.

The tape is currently a courier requirement to ensure the channels stay securely bundled in transit and don’t separate or become damaged. That said, we completely understand your concern about the mess it can leave behind and how that affects usability.
For future orders, feel free to let us know at the time of ordering, and we’ll do our best to minimize the use of tape wherever possible while still ensuring your items arrive safely.

Bad quality plates
Bad quality plates. Holes do not coincide with the unistrat holes. You can only use 2 out of 4 holes.
Generally the quality in Direct Channel company has greatly deteriorated. Cable trays arrived damaged and bent all the time now. 7 previous deliveries, and all trays are partially damaged in all deliveries. Not satisfactory any more. Will be ordering from legrand directly next time.
