Materials never turn up with correct quantity. Unreliable courier service. Have decided to go else where, crazy as building a data centre so would be big orders.

Unless you are home during the day

Unless you are home during the day, don't bother ordering. Delivery company won't leave anywhere or with a neighbour and no collection points. Wanted to charge me an extra £16 to redeliver after I wasn't home. Goods got sent back to seller and I bought from elsewhere who uses a sensible delivery company.

1st class service

1st class service, products and customer support. Courier messed up my order, no big deal. This this was not a problem as Direct Channel sorted the problem out super fast and sent out the order again via overnight courier so that I received it the next day. Products I received were of exceptional quality. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Not Happy

The items ordered all came in one cardboard box which obviously was not strong enough to carry the heavy items, thus when recieved the box was open on 3 sides. Don't think i will be ordering from them again.
