I visited the store by Newcastle Metro Centre and the Sales Assistant David, was so helpful and knowledgeable, I fell in love with the sofa and armchair and really enjoyed the stores presentation of its furniture. Loved the Summer sale prices, which really help!

Staff great don't push you let you look round but there if you need them Patrick was great explained everything.

Zak was nothing but helpful and such a king genuinely nice person. Was a pleasure to work with him. Thank you so much for the laughs and nice vibes.

Paul was fantastic. Didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Admittedly we knew what we were after, He actually gave us some sound advice and shared his knowledge unobtrusively.

His knowledge doesn’t just lay with sofas. He taught us a few things about how furniture can improve our lives if treated properly. We didn’t feel pushed to purchase anything.

Really easy and simple way to get a sofa. Zak was brilliant and really helpful explaining all the options and combinations to us. He was personable and great, not pushy. Listened to our needs and drew a diagram up for us, and created even more space in our room with jiggling things around. Thanks Zak. Looking forward to getting our sofa!

Really friendly staff who let you browse without following you around the store. Juliet was very patient explained the features of our purchase. She was very friendly and let us look while we made our decision and once we decided on what we wanted she explained care details, delivery options and aftercare. It was a very pleasant afternoon

Apart from being very knowledgeable, Mark is a really nice person and made out experience very enjoyable, which is a massive compliment from a "bloke" buying furniture with his wife on a Saturaday afternoon

Honestly, from the moment we walked in, we were just looking for a corner recliner but we came away with something better, thanks to Pamela. She helped us massively and when we found our dream sofa, got a wonderful Latte for my partner (which he loved), and helped us with the credit paperwork, which was processed so easily. Couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you again Pamela for helping us find our forever sofa (or at least for the next 5-10 years lol)
