I'm very pleased the way my order was placed.. Also, how good the price was for the memory foam mattress. Finally the staff member was first class and called me back when we agreed a time..

It was quality service, stuff were very friendly and the products are (as you know) the best quality

we knew what we wanted and the purchase was a simple process.Down to earth sales staff member (joe?)

We only went into DFS for a quick browse and ended up with the perfect sofa thanks to Joe!
He was amazing — actually listened to what we needed: right size for our space, pet-friendly, and on budget.
He explained everything so clearly: finance options, how to care for the fabric, general sofa upkeep.
We walked out feeling 100% confident.
Even sorted all the finance and delivery paperwork super fast.
Seriously, if you’re going to DFS ask for Joe ☺️

Great selection of choice something to fit all, there was no pressure sale, we were given ample time to make our selections and the advice and guidence from the staff was exceptional, unfortunatley we cant remember the names of the two lovely young ladies that assisted us but we would like to thank them for their assistance

We dealt with Lauren for the entirety of our purchase, from the moment we walked into the Carcroft store she was absolutely amazing. Helped us with the multitude of questions we had, even helping with ideas of how the sofa would look in our home. When it came to paper work she was incredibly helpful, explained everything to us and never leaving a stone unturned.

This has been one of the best experiences we have had in any store after visiting many stores in the area.

Store was clean, well laid out and had a very homely feel!

Friendly welcome from all staff involved then we were left to wander. No hard sell but they advised us where they were if we needed anything. Fabulous store, well laid out and plenty to choose from.
Went home to think about a choice of 2/3 then went back the next day. Different staff but same lovely attitude. We bought a sofa!
Only niggle was we were told the sofa was in stock ready to go but given a delivery date for 3 weeks time!! And crikey when did delivery increase to £129 surely fuel can’t be blamed on that!

We recently visited DFS looking to buy two sofas after a previous visit where we just couldn’t quite find the right ones. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Shannon, who remembered us from before and instantly made us feel welcome again. She was genuinely friendly, took the time to ask what we were looking for, and clearly explained where the different sofa styles were around the showroom.

What stood out was how relaxed the whole experience felt. Shannon checked in occasionally while we were browsing, but there was absolutely no pressure hovering over us like a sales drone with a clipboard. She even offered us drinks, and the cappuccino was surprisingly good for a furniture store pit stop

After around half an hour we found the perfect sofas, and Shannon took over to sort the paperwork. She made everything really straightforward, explained the finance options clearly, talked us through how to properly maintain the sofas, and even kept the cappuccinos flowing. She also explained the extended insurance package, which actually seemed very good value for what was included, but again there was no hard sell at all.

Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant shopping experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, clear explanations, and zero pressure. We ended up purchasing two recliner sofas and now the countdown to delivery begins like two kids waiting for Christmas morning!

Shannon was really helpful and talked us through the process making sure there were no hidden surprises. The drinks were appreciated too with the weather!

Our sales lady was really helpful. We ere left to have a browse and then someone came over. Spooks to us about what we’d seen and went through the different options.
As young people we find most places aren’t as accommodating but I can say we felt very comfortable and staff were lovely!
