We were greated with a friendly person very polite and informative about the products they are selling . Very helpful helping us make the decision on what furniture we wanted to buy .

I experienced amazing service buying a new bed in Ayr today. The staff are lovely.
In particular, Marty. He was helpful to say the least, friendly but professional and one reason I would definitely recommend visiting this branch of DFS.

DFS Branch Ayr
Visited the branch to see a live product instead of viewing online. We were met by Antony who was polite and informative with good product knowledge resulting in us finding the right combination of sofa style and covering. Antony made the process of ordering simple and informed us of all options available to us before confirming the order. The store is well presented and customer service is of a high standard compared to other furniture stores we had visited.

My experience was made very straightforward and painless by my friendly server, Shannon, who was excellent and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Great showroom with plenty of beautiful options on show.
What made our experience however was our salesperson- Anthony with his residual Yorkshire accent.
What a salesman - presented with quite a challenge with regards to what my 89 year old poorly mobile mum wanted, he was measured and attentive but not at all pushy. He listened to her and what she wanted but asked the right questions in the right way and found what we think was the right solution for her.
We weren’t rushed and the ‘banter’ was there once the decision making was done!
We were impressed.
If the chair lives up to the salesman we will be very happy!

A lovely store with lovely staff. Antony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I thought choosing a new sofa would be a pain, but DFS made it really easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend the Ayr store and will definitely return.
