Very happy with whole experience
Very happy with whole experience . We were left to look around and the offer of help was given but young woman stayed back until I asked for advice. The young woman was polite and very pleasant and definitely knew her stuff.

I experienced amazing service buying a new bed in Ayr today. The staff are lovely.
In particular, Marty. He was helpful to say the least, friendly but professional and one reason I would definitely recommend visiting this branch of DFS.

Visited the branch to see a live product instead of viewing online. We were met by Antony who was polite and informative with good product knowledge resulting in us finding the right combination of sofa style and covering. Antony made the process of ordering simple and informed us of all options available to us before confirming the order. The store is well presented and customer service is of a high standard compared to other furniture stores we had visited.
