Satisfied and dissatisfied.

The only issue is that I had previously purchased an identical Devola in white from Amazon in November 2023, and it ceased functioning after two years and three months. This suggests that a replacement may be required approximately every two years.

red filter light will not go out

Despite cleaning the outer shell meticulously so none of the holes are blocked, the red light indicating a problem with the filter is now on all the time, after replacing the filter. Not impressed. I tried sending them my review, but their stupid website didn't work, so I'm putting it here.

Easy set up, cheap to run.

The items were delivered a day earlier than stated but it was helpful due to work schedule. Easy to assemble and connect to the Internet. A lot cheaper to run than oil run heating, well worth the money.

Excellent company to deal with.

No problems dealing with this company. The unit I ordered via the internet was delivered promptly and on time. The unit was well packaged and once unpacked was put straight in to service in my cellar, where it seems to be performing very well.
All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend this company.

Time required to restore satisfaction.

Having installed several heaters in our property one failed just outside the warranty period. In order to maintain the aesthetics of the property I felt it necessary to replace like for like. Only time will tell as to how my experience will improve which is reflected in the current rating.

Great bathroom extractor fan

Ordered extractor fan for our en suite and turned up next day

Fan was a great price, cheaper than Amazon and so efficient at removing steam and much quieter than our old extractor fan

So pleased with it, we ordered another one for our main bathroom

Highly recommended

We were so pleased with the performance of the dehumidifier that we purchased a second one for another part of the house. When it went on sale a few days later, I reached out to the customer service team, who refunded the difference. Really impressed with both Devola products and service.
