Do not buy - This company is awful - I paid for postage (£34) to return goods last November and am still waiting for a refund. I have pretty much given up and vowed never to buy anything on line without more research and certainly not from here.

This is a dreadul company. They would have you believe they are Swedish but they are Chinese. The garments look stylish but are poor quality and are very small. I ordered XXL but the garment was not even size 8. Forget about refunds they; but email and faff about in bad Enhlish. Very bad company avoid.

Wish I could give a minus score. Nothing but a bunch of thieving hoodlums. I ordered a night shirt in January, got in touch February and March to be told its in transit. Still hadn't arrived, got in touch to ask for full refund. Told my nightshirt was lost in transit, now out of stock, and they could give me a credit note as they could not refund. I
checked website nowhere does it say no refund would be paid if parcel didnt arrive. Have sent a further 3 emails and none have merited a response. I can only presume Ive lost my £36. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Destiny advertised what looked like a reasonable quality long sleeved polo shirt at a reasonable price of £34.00 - but they sent a fancy dress shirt which would have cost them 34 pence! Absolute total rubbish. Don’t use this supplier, you’ll be throwing your money away.

What a SCAM. How are these people allowed to do this on us???. Returned a dress as it was absolute rubbish and not like the picture. Cost me £12 to return and still NO REFUND. Been waiting for 3 months now!!! They should not get away with this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Be Warned …I Waited nearly 6 weeks for complete waste of money -I bought two hoodies ( very thin nylon type fabric and a jumper-passable but not like the fluffy version in the picture and I could probably have knotted better myself)
Poor quality materials used ( workmanship was ok) but to say the photos show the garments in their best light is a total understatement
No refunds and no return policy that I could find, even the packaging had no info on it. so I drew a line under the whole nasty experience and gave the items to the charity shop. I wouldn’t even pay £3 for what I finally received.

Avoid this company! Clothes are very poor counterfeit copies and no refunds are provided. Absolute scam! Ordered a formal jacket in December, a long sleeve t-shirt was sent in January. Returned it immediately, still no refund in late April.

Customer care is awful. Definitely a dodgy company. I've reported them to Action Fraud and my bank to get my money back.

DREADFUL!! DREADFUL!! DREADFUL!! The quality is poor. The return policy is diabolical. I bought 2 dresses in December. When they arrived, the quality and size did not match the description. Both items had costed me over £80 so I decided to return them, which cost me £27 on recorded and tracked delivery. From the 29.12.24 up to date the parcel is still at customs waiting collection and no response from Destiny. Money wasted . 🥵

DO NOT ORDER from this Chinese company. The clothes bear no resemblance to those shown on the website - they are sub-standard and you have to return them to China. Once you have paid to do that - they email to say that the courier has not yet delivered from customs - thus your order stays at customs forever and Destiny keep your money. It's a con and a sham. Stay away.

I would give zero star if possible, I waited & waited for delivery, contacted destiny, parcel finally arrived!! Absolutely disgusting and only fit for the bin. Nothing like the photo!! Definitely avoid this company!!!

Well the sweatshirt turned up and looks nothing like the quality shown in the photo, it's made of a poor quality and extremely flimsy material
Absolute joke for £40 it's probably worth a fiver at best

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM......The parcel took 6 weeks to arrive and when it got here it was too small and the wrong colour, they made me send photos of this before they would offer me a returns label, the returns label is to China. They offered for me to return then item and once it had been received they would refund me or to keep the item and have a credit note for the full amount which I could spend on there site, cheeky, robbing idiots.

Absolutely dreadful! You don't get what you pay for. I laughed hard at how ridiculous the item is. Can't be bothered to return. They sold themselves cheap!!

This is the most corrupt company.
I spent £225, on 3 tops and a coat.
The quality was the worst I’ve ever known.

It costed me £20 to return it.
That was over three months ago.
Despite many e-mails,
With a promise of a refund,

Hence I’m still waiting.

NEVER order with this company

I ordered 3 dresses on 30 January 2025. They stated there was a delay with orders until 10 feb.
Patiently waited nothing.
On 3 occasions emailed and told order shipped. Still nothing!!!
Can’t get refund until goods delivered.
It’s appalling, have my money and no delivery of order.
Avoid avoid avoid!
