Be warned . This company is in China. If you try to return items to postage is extortionate. To make matters worse my items got sent back as there was a customs charge which I did not know about. So the company refused to refund me- I had proof of postage etc. The company must have known they would not get the package without paying customs price. They gave me no warning and of course refused to refund me. I have lost out big time. I have reported company to the UK International Consumer Centre.

Dreadful dreadful dreadful.. clothes are rubbish and no UK returns.. why didn't I check trust pilot for reviews first!

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Like others, I tried to return the two items I’d ordered. (Terrible quality, definitely not what was advertised). I followed all the return instructions, including paying for shipping to an address in China. The package was returned back to me after six months and no response to my emails now. £100 out of pocket. An expensive lesson to learn!!

Placed a large order and unfortunately most of it had to be returned - one item was actually the wrong size. Paid £35 to return to China (I had thought they were based in the UK). After 6 months it has now been returned to me from customs and surprise surprise my emails have been ignored. I am now over £200 out of pocket.

I agree with all the comments mentioned, this company should brought to the notice of the Swedish trading standards. Clearly web site says cotton/linen mix and clearly the item has a label with 100%polyester. Wish I’d have seen these reviews before I purchased, expensive item I would not be seen out in.

Totally misleading product description - linen mix arrives as cheap polymer ( nylon type ) material . Sizes much smaller than labelled . Difficult and expensive returns policy . So it went to dump .
Please read the reviews before purchasing - this product not even worthy of landfill dump .

Difficult to do a return and the cheapest for return was £17.40 which will take 47 days ..I thought I was buying from UK store..
Never ever again

Always read the returns policy. I ordered a dress and thought I was ordering from a Swedish company, which is what you are led to believe. The dress took forever to arrive (from China) it was way too short. Returns have to be sent to a Chinese address, track and trace and customs forms are needed.

Dreadful product, wish I had read reviews first. Do not part with a penny you will be robbed. This company should not be in business. Lies and deceit.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Refused to cancel order day after placement, saying it had already been processed when replying days later. Shipping/tracking information was only eventually loaded a further 2 days later and actually shipped 11 days after that. Shockingly poor quality items and not as advertised. Return costs client responsibility. Scam, scam, scam

Dreadful company. Item not as described, took forever to come and I know from other reviews there's no chance of getting a refund. Is there no way they can be prevented from trading?

Just wanted to post on here for people who have had a similar experience. Do not go down the refund route or accept the 30% off to keep it. Do contact your card issuer and they will advise you what to do to get a refund from these “smash and grab” merchants. I did and got my cash back.

Please do not order from this website site! I purchased an Asymetrical Jumper they are using the same advert as Jaki..just Google...the item recieved was squashed in a tiny bag and is made of fleece material! cheap and nasty, the website looks very real but I became suspicious after waiting past 10 days. I have requested a return..I will post the outcome big Scam..robbing hard working people.

The material was supposedly linen 😂
What appeared was Teflon from China .
I cannot find any way of returning the goods or contacting customer service
Wish I had checked them
Online before the purchase !

Absolutely shit company to buy from. Pls pls pls do not purchase anything from this company. Everything they advertise is false. Nothing like the pics. Returning items back is even more of a joke. I ordered a jacket for my husband in oct 24. I returned this back in time in line with returns policy. I was sitting in customs from jan to now june 25. Your item will get returned from custom. You WILL NOT recieve a refund. That shit country has no care about customer service satisfaction as they make enough money from conning people. Id rather order from Shein who know how to look after customers.

Horrendous service, wrong item despatched. 6 months after them saying they would send the correct item, still nothing. The item they did send was of extremely poor quality.
Avoid the bother and don't buy!

If I could give zero stars I would. The skirt was nothing like it appeared on the website. Dreadful material, horrible colour ... just awful. Cheap and nasty. Do not buy anything from Destiny as you are destined to be disappointed.

My Wife purchased what she thought was a good trouser suit from Destiny, when it came, it WAS marked at her size, but, it wouldn't have fitted our oldest Granddaughter, and so we returned the suit for a refund, guess what, we sent it back the 19th August 2024, and we kept on asking the company, when our refund would be done, we kept getting told, when they receive the suit, and so today, 29th May 2025, the trouser suit was returned to my Wife, the parcel we used, had been opened, the trouser suit placed inside a bubble wrap bag, and the parcel resealed, so the warning is, stay well away, do not buy from this company, they buy junk to con people with, trying to sell the goods as top quality, well they are not, don't buy from Destiny People, you have been warned

Don’t use this supplier they’re a rip off merchant. The skirt isn’t worth what was paid. Can’t send it back as the postage astronomical.

Bought in good faith but ripped off. If I could give this 0.5 star rating I would.

I bought a swimsuit from this company, it took weeks to arrive and was absolute garbage - not wearable by any human, cheapest possible material. I looked at returning it and would have had to pay to send it back to China. Could only throw it in the bin - will never shop here again.
