Recently, our company decided to change its logo. We weren’t sure what direction we were going, but knew we wanted to choose from many designers. We setup a contest with DesignContest and within a few hours started receiving entries. It was great fun waking up every morning to new designs. In the end, we chose our logo design and proceeded to discuss minor revisions with the winning designer. At one point, we had an issue with the design and Sharie at DesignCenter stepped in and started communicating with the designer on our behalf. It turned out there was an issue with the logo design and the designer was unable to fix it, so Sharie listened to what we wanted and proceeded to design the logo in vector format herself to complete the project. In my opinion, she was extremely professional and pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We loved what she and the designer did and are very happy with our logo. If you are hesitant about having 100 something designers from around the world compete for your job, just know that DesignContest stands by their contests and will step in if you need help. I would recommend DesignContest and look forward to using them for other business ventures.

I don't often take time to write reviews on companies, but the people at Design Contest provided service above and beyond what I expected. Their help to modify a logo, at no cost I might add, on a previous contest was a pleasant surprise.

I found the staff professional, responsive, and friendly. I had placed a bid but had a misunderstanding about what the whole design project would entail, so needed to back up. Rather than being "hard nosed" or telling me "tough luck", Sharie worked to resolve my issue and promptly offered me a full refund with no quibbling. Although I have yet to employ their services from start-to-end, I was impressed by the customer-oriented mentality and feel a high level of trust in them. I may be getting a logo or web design update in the future; if I do, I would turn to designcontest.com in a heartbeat.

The quality of the work was amazing, I had so many viable logo options I knew within a day I had a hard choice ahead of me. So many of the designers have real talent. I will definitely use design contest in the future.

I've been a designer on Design Contest for over a year now, and the quality of my experience designing here compared to any other similar site or freelance situations is exponential. It is easy to use and you'll find countless quality options from a wide range of designers who are happy to make changes and adjustments to suit the contest holder's needs. The staff are quick and efficient in resolving any issues that might arise, and work hard to make sure you end up with a logo that is original.

I am designer on DesignContest more than 3 years.I tried some similar sites but I figure out that DC is just a right place for me! Support is great - which is a most important thing for designer. Our designs are rated and we get feedbacks for our works on a regular basis. I have met some great people there - so design community is pretty active. Can you imagine that there is more than 150.000 registered designers from all around the world? Of course, lot of them are not so active or familiar with the rules. Those who not follow the rules get banned. So, copycats are well monitored and clients get their protection. For those who planning to become a client of DC be sure that lot of SUPERB designers will help you to make your idea alive!

As someone said before, do not listen to the negative reviews - it is not a true! I am so happy for being a part of DC!

Without a shadow of a doubt, after looking at many online design sites I would have to say that DesignContest is one of the best. They are VERY strict on copyright infringement, the top designers are first rate. You only need to look at the designers portfolios to see this. It is easy to use, and if the contest holder is not satisfied for some reason then he can have his money back. On rare occasions when a 'team' of people cannot agree on one logo, this sometimes happens. I would thoroughly recommend it. The site is friendly, the staff are very helpful, and the designers can have a great sense of humour and work together well.

I am long time graphic designer and awhile back I was looking to venture into doing designs for people as a business. And I was looking online and I found a few design sites and they was good sites but they was lacking in customer feedback on your designs and there was no staff help, when you needed to ask any type of question.

So I set out to find a better site and that is when I came across "DesignContest.com". Now once I signed up I knew this site had something different about it " In A Good Way ". So I entered a few contest and then I just realized how better this site was compared to the others i've used. The customers or I should say Contest Holders actually responds to your questions and they give you great feedback. And what I was really excited about is that when you had a question about your design or just anything else. There was always a staff member there that you can talk to and if there wasn't they have a way to respond to them thru a form. And you usually hear back from them the next day.

Also on here I noticed that they " DON'T " take lightly to people using copyright images and trying to clam them as their own. Your always going to get a 100% original design that is your own. And plus once you make your Contest page and get all the details set. You usually have designers responding to your contest page in no time. So if your looking for a design for you next project......I highly recommend DesignContest.com. They are a A++++ site that truly cares about there customers and designers.

First off, do not listen to the negative reviews you read on DesignContest.com. This company is very strict about copy right infringement. In fact, a design I once chose as a winner was taken away from me because DesignContest.com caught the infringement: terminated the designer off the network and allowed me more time to pick a new design. Yes, you do get over 200 designs at times but they are all unique and different in their way. What would you rather have; one brain with one vision or 100 designers working on what they think might be the right fit for you? Sorry, I am going with the 100 designers every time. I have always received top notch designs and have always guaranteed a winner with no worries. On top of that, once you choose your winner...you can then request for minor changes from the designer. It does not get better then this. I have been in the industry for many years and this is one of the best represented companies I know. Don't let one disgruntled Reviewer change your mind about using Designcontest.com

Posted a job on their website, designers did NOT read the job post and sent me generic designs, requested same day to cancel the job and refund my money back ($573), their customer service told me it will take 20 business days, after 20 days nothing happened and didn't receive ANY refunds. Waste of time and money, bad customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

I received outstanding help from one particular designer. He spent all day catering to my suggestions. Other designers made several attempts. The competition was supposed to last a week, but I was so satisfied with the dedication and results from this designer, that I awarded him the contest within 1 day.

Sharie Voss was an outstanding customer service representative.

I posted a contest for a t-shirt design, and I ended up with seriously 57 choices! I chose one, and the designer tweaked it for me until it was just perfect. This site is awesome - easy to use, unique designs, and a damn good price. I thoroughly recommend them. Thanks guys, you rock!

This is the best site out there for achieving UNIQUE designs and fast! I just get so irritated with local designers producing designs that THEY want you to use. It's not about what the designer wants, it's about what I want and they are there to help me to achieve my goals. The support team is great, the designers are polite and I never dreamed that I would receive the professional designs that I did. I have recommended them to many many people over the years and will continue to do so. Use them! You won't be disappointed... And if you are, then maybe use a cheap local designer to produce what they want you to have :)

Had a couple of friends who used this site with great results, and they referred me. I started two contests for two different parts of my law firm. One of our contests got a lot of results and the other one only got a few, but both contests produced great choices for us, and we are happy with the outcome of both. Also, I needed some guidance when I was starting the contests, and I had great customer support via the online chat, and later, as our contests were drawing to a close, I had questions and again, I had great customer support via the online chat. I would definitely use the company again and recomment them.

I needed a logo for my startup onemaninavan.com and did not have much money to spend. Was able to get a professional looking design for under $300. In talking to friends in the print business, I was looking at anywhere from $2K or more, so this worked out great.

This is a top notch service, the first one went so well that we started a second competition. We will be using DesignContest.com for ALL of our design needs.

I would not hesitate to go through designcontest.com again for any needs I have in the future for designs. they were very helpful and making a decision was so hard from all the options we had for a logo!
