The entire ordering site needs improvement. The security pw was longer than the number of boxes to record it. The picture in my cart wasn't the one I clicked, and I couldn't find how to cancel the order. So I left it sit awhile, and later finally found the tiny trash can that wasn't marked for canceling. Then I was able to start over and finally got my right order!

The iPhone 17 Pro wallet case has arrived safely and fits the phone exactly. I had been concerned by other reviews stating that it was a poor fit, and had made contact with customer service to check if this was still the case. I was reassured and went ahead with the order which arrived quickly. My only other wish would have been for more colours as black is hard to find inside a bag, but this is my second DefenderShield phone case and the first one (in purple) bought over 4 years ago lasted well. EMF protection is important to me and I do notice when using these cases that my ear and head don't get hot and the centre of my brain doesn't feel affected in the way it does without protection.

So far so good, I'm impressed that they have already been shipped less than 20 hours of my ordering them. Thanks, for that, I'll wait until I receive the package before I send a review.

You Shipped it to the wrong address. I put in the correct address when placing the order and after payment, it was shipped to an old address from an old order months ago. How does that happen????

I decided to take some time before responding to allow things to play out and settle. The voices of Complaint can be the loudest while satisfaction and happiness silently move on, so I wanted to follow up.

I’m in the margins of being self-employed and a small business owner. I personally understand mistakes happen. Some within my control and some that are not. Products have defects and systems have glitches and sometimes I simply drop the ball. At the end of the day, what matters is how we respond the mistakes. The Client can respond however they choose, but we are held to a higher standard.

Context:
Ordered a pair of earbuds that worked great until the microphone stopped working. I contacted Customer Support and they honored their warranty right away and sent me a new pair. The second pair arrived broken. I was frustrated and borderline heartbroken. I needed a functioning pair to make work calls. They responded immediately with genuine remorse and empathy. They immediately took action to make it right. They provided me a full refund. The representative personally inspected and shipped me a new pair.

I am extremelyimpressed with the brand DefenderShield. Your Customer Support is stellar. Your responsiveness to Communication, follow through and client centered attention has won me over. You stand by your product and you genuinely care for the client. As a result, I will likewise with your product and brand.

The products, the website and wellness

I got the purple case. I found another case (different company) where the phone fit better in the case, and I preferred the magnetic locking mechanism over Defender Shield’s. I’m returning it; I will probably have to pay shipping, and I don’t know if they’ll be charging me a restocking fee. The case I decided to use came in a nice box. Defender Shields’s came in a cardboard sleeve. Also, a strap came with it but I was baffled as to how to connect it. There was a small hole in case and it certainly wasn’t going to fit through the hole.

I’ve been using the phone case and the fanny bag daily and love the practical application of the products that also give me a sense of safety from EMF exposures

When the Bennie came, I put my phone inside to see how the blocking was. I was Not disappointed with the results.

Had the iPhone 14 case and upgraded to an iPhone 17 so naturally went to purchase a new case from DefenderShield. Snug fit and magnetic clasp works well. Good price for protecting against EMFs!

The design looks awful. Maybe you should consider patterns that are a bit more fashionable. It looks stupid on. There aren't even colors to choose from. It's a lot to pay for a beanie for it to look bad. Beyond that, my phone still rings inside of it, and I have it wrapped up. My earbuds still work inside of it.

Easy ordering process and high quality products. These are a must for sensitive bodies. I feel better when I use these products.
