S tier Customer Service

Had an issue with some wear and tear after heavy use of their accessory bag and was asking if it was possible to purchase the inserts for it. Not only did they respond very quickly, but they took care of me with the best customer service I've experience in a long time. Big shout out to Hailey for amazing customer service.

Horrible customer service... where's my refund?

Horrible customer service! I bought a hat and it was flattened due too much packing on top of hat. They (Steve) sent another one that was flattened WORSE than the first one? There is no brim protector and hat came literally almost flat in the box. I said just give my money back and credit back my points and I will send back these 2 smashed hats. Is that being unreasonable? I have filled out 5 of these stupid return forms only to have them closed out without fixing the problem. I am totally being ignored by whoever this Steve guy is ??? I have left my phone number but he is hiding somewhere. Just give me a refund and my points and quit being a moron. You can have back your 2 smashed hats. I mean what is the problem there? I have been using Diaddario strings since 1978 and this idiot is going to cost you my future business over a hat. I get 2 damaged hats and I am stuck with that now? I don't think so... This company does not stand behind their customers anymore. Just read some of these complaints. Total B.S. So now I have to spend time trying to get through when no-one answers the phone or returns a message. Three phone calls and 8 emails overall.

Just read Their response... What a joke. That's what I have been asking for all along was to send back those crappy hats for a refund and THEY said no, lol. Now they say I can get a refund because of 2 bad reviews that I wrote. The hats ARE defective because the other one I have is PERFECT. The 2nd one and the resent one ARE NOT you moron. So at least admit that, lol. Why would I send back the one hat that is perfect? I can't believe you are reps for such a great company? Idiot response. I will still buy strings that I have used since 1978, but no longer any merch. I can buy that same hat on Ebay or Amazon and it would be perfect. I just wanted to use my points on a hat. Also, when you pack a hat you don't smash it in a box, dummy. It is protected by the box, duh. You pack around and inside the hat so it doesn't get crushed. You could have sent it in a plastic bag and had the same result and saved money on a box... Total snowflakes at Diaddario customer service. You should all be replaced.

Hi Gregg,

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the hats, but the hat you ordered is an unstructured "dad hat" which does not have any structuring in the top portion of the hat (aside from the brim). We can see from the photos you sent that the brim was not damaged, and that the top of the hat (the unstructured part) was pushed inwards. These hats are not intended to hold a shape on top like a trucker hat or a snap back, as unstructured hats are intended to essentially hold shape when they are being worn - making it a more comfortable, malleable fit. Wearing the hat would resolve this, because the top of this particular hat is just fabric (it does not have any additional structuring or lining, as intended with dad hats).

I do see that our support agent had sent you an additional hat for free, plus another hat that was a different type (that one was a structured, mid-profile hat, which is why it held a specific shape - as structured hats are intended to). While the hats that you received were not defective, if you would prefer to send all three back to us we would be happy to refund you for the one that you paid for. The communication was perfect

The communication was perfect. They caught the issue that I was going to have with the graphic and reached out. They could have just made the product and sent it out But they didn't. Superb customer service and great products

Great Quality and Even Better Customer Service

First, regarding quality: the quality of the sticks I bought was great. Personally, I wouldn’t get a paint finish on sticks, as they tend to fall out during intense play, but that’s just me and my sweaty palms.

The product felt nice in my hands. The sticks sounded even when I dropped them. I bought two pairs, and for the sticks that didn’t sound even, I just sent a video to customer service. They responded within two hours and sent another pair my way!

I've been using humidipacks for years…

I've been using humidipacks for years and had never seen one leak right out of the package. I contacted D'Addario and the issue was resolved with just a copy of my receipt. Replacements came via UPS today. Special thanks to Hailey in customer service!

I’ve played all my adult life

I’ve played all my adult life. Experimented with all the strings out there. D’Addario is far away the best string available at any price. No more searching. The customer service is EXCELLENT too, George has always been good to me..

Top Notch Products! Awesome Rewards

Great Customer Service and Excellent guitar strings

I have been using their electric guitar strings for years. They have been consistently brighter and maintain good tension for longer periods of time compared to other similarly priced strings. In addition, I find that the majority of accessories are made with quality, and their customer service is quite good. Thanks a ton I appreciate yall.

Happy customer

Had a small issue with my rewards points being converted to a wallet reward instead of staying as points. Reached out to customer support and Hailey sorted it out quickly and clearly. She cancelled the reward and restored my points balance without any hassle. Great to see a company that actually listens and fixes things properly. Happy customer!

Great for drummers

Great for drummers, guitarists and anything around. Ive used the strings, sticks, drumheads for years, never failed me, and if i have any issue, customer support is always on top of it!
