Had to file charge back as they refused to honor return policy of 14 days. It was my mistake thinking they displayed captions although I should of been allowed to return them.

My order was delivered to wrong address. I showed them pictures of my gate as requested. the delivery pictures were not the same. They will not send a replacement. Kept saying it was delivered. These were prescription glasses too.

I received a non functioning pair of photochromatic sunglasses, order CY38843. I have been trying since 20 Nov 2025 to either get them replaced or returned for a refund and sent photograph comparing a working pair I have an the non-working pair received. Now they're asking for a video of a pair that does not function. PLEASE give me a REFUND!

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pair of glasses for my husband on sept 16, order number CY38739, but haven’t received my order yet. When asked for refund, they said going to deliver soon, but haven’t received them yet. I already bought a new pair from local market as no one will wait so long. Till, I have not received any refund or any other compensation from your side. This is extremely unfair and an example of pathetic customer care.

You gave me the wrong product and then didn't respond to me email asking to fix it

Originally was very happy with service, then had a bad experience a year ago. The new management definitely made up for the issue and delivered. I definitely recommend them now again, and will use them in the future.

Good quality. The prescription is very accurate and the price is very cheap. I like their glasses.

It seems the glasses really do block blue light and glare, and my eyes get much less tired after working at the computer all day. Super!

I ordered the glasses, but the Joanie 8148 model turned out to be somewhat defective — the temples are spread too far apart, as if the glasses were made for a big head.

Random discount system. It looks like the glasses are from China and the price is heavily inflated, which is why they keep offering different discounts with various promo codes that appear randomly — clearly meant to trick customers. Discounts are nice, of course, but it would be better to just sell them at a fair price right away instead of coming up with all these bonuses and a complicated bonus system

Can't get ahold of customer service. Very frustrating and makes me not want to purchase from this company again.

Second time buying from them. They have good eyeglasses. The delivery/shipment (to Nigeria) this time was a bit better (1 month) that the last time (over two months). Although it was a free shipping which I got based off of a purchase worth over $50.

I love the quality of my glasses and the packaging.

I was really disappointed with these glasses. They broke easily with normal use, and when I reached out to customer service, all they did was offer me the same discount that’s already available to everyone. No real help or resolution. Would not recommend.

Placed an order six weeks ago and still waiting! No updates no communication. No nothing. I do not recommend the company.

I bought a glasses from cyxus ,its BROKEN during the delivery and the prescription was incorrect, i asked them for refunds through email ,they just ghosted me!? bad customer service.

Ordered multiple frames throughout the years, and will continue to do so. -1 star because the frame that I purchased recently was available on the site, but not in stock. After a month waiting for it to ship, contacted customer service. They were excellent and refunded my order. Hopefully the frames will be in stock soon.
