The scheme does exactly what it promises. The process of receiving and redeeming the certificate was very convenient and straightforward. All I had to do was apply — everything else was taken care of behind the scenes. I received my certificate in under a week, as far as I recall.

Smooth from start to finish. Can’t recommend highly enough. Supports independent cycle retailers without charging a 15% fee - Halfords charge this unless you buy a bike with them or Tredz. Friendly, efficient people.
