Purchased the Pearson On and On ex team bike in a size 2. Dealt with Steve at the store and he guided me through the whole process very well in deed could not fault him. Also I would like to say thank you to Jake, who was the one that helped me get the bike prepared for collection. Everything from start to finish was achieved to great detail. The product speaks for itself, a well rounded bike, and detailed on there website to the point. Would definitely recommend the brand, and hope to see them again in the near future bike purchase.

He phoned my bike mechanic directly to help solve the mystery, and I've since been able to get back to my happy place (gravel riding), on my Pearson. Thanks, mate!

I bought a Pearson Shift 2.0 in December last year having taken several bikes out on a demo day in November.
The Shift is a phenomenal bike, not my usual choice of bike, I would usually go for an endurance model like the Forge, which I did test , but I just fell in love with the Shift 2.0, didn’t think I’d feel this comfortable on an Aero/Race bike.
What sold me with the Pearson brand is the £200 towards a bike fit and the attention to detail in the buying experience from the warranty, to the box of accessories, the metal Pearson branded torque wrench is a very nice touch that sets the brand apart from other brands.
Pearson really do work with you to give you the bike that fits you and that certainly pays off with the ride enjoyment.
I’m certain that there will be another Pearson purchased in the not too distant future based on my purchase experience with the Shift 2.0.
Other brands can certainly learn from the excellent customer experience that Pearson give you.

I bought a Pearson On&On as I wanted a quality gravel bike a bit different from everyone else. The buying experience is fantastic, I recommend you visit the Forge1860 store aswell as deal with the online and phone support teams if you can. Helping to specify, buying, delivery and support have all been excellent. I had a bike fit (paid for by Pearson) and decided on a longer stem which they immediately posted out to me. Great bike and great service

Riding on my way to a work meeting both the front and rear derailleurs stopped working with no apparent reason that I could fathom. A quick detour to the shop and I took it in (before 9a.m.) to be greeted immediately; an accurate diagnosis given and assistance from the workshop within minutes. I was handed a coffee, given expert advice by the mechanic and a check-in from Sales and was back on the road with a recharged Di2 unit (enough to get to my meeting and home again).
All of this with no expectation other than remedying the problem and getting me back on my bike and on the road

I have ridden my beautiful new Pearson Forge twice now and am delighted with it. The whole buying process has been excellent. I had one of the Bikefitters visit my home to carry out the fit process; the details were sent to Pearson and four days later the built bike was delivered by Steve, who I had been liaising with. The bike itself just oozes quality and I'm really enjoying my first time with Di2 .

This was my first experience buying from Pearson and I would definitely do so again. I purchased one of their bikes form the outlet section on their website and the bike was hand delivered to my door within 48hrs. The after sales service has been fantastic. The bike is also built with meticulous attention to detail and is a thing of beauty. Highly recommend
