I went into buying my fiance's wedding ring and I was stressed. I had a pretty clear picture of what I wanted to do but had no idea how to get there. It started with just a google search, and they went above and beyond with my vision and brought it to life. I wanted to use my fiances mothers wedding ring and embed her stones with his ring, to always have a piece of her by his side. I had to get an appraisal for my piece so they knew how much to charge for shipping and insurance, but after that they were in constant communication throughout the process. They even had a slight problem during the quality review and took the extra time within my timeframe to ensure it was PERFECT. Shipping is through FedEx and it got here quickly! I wanted a compass ring for my fiancé for our upcoming wedding. Because I couldn’t find what I wanted I reach out to Custom Made. Together we came up with a plan. The communication was extremely thorough and every single detail of the design was discussed. I was apprehensive to pay a pretty big sum at first, but I read some reviews and decided to go ahead. The plan went into production where another technician took over and again the communication was very on point, keeping me abreast of exactly what was going on. The entire process took about a month. The ring was delivered in a very timely manner and packaged in a very attractive box. When I opened the box and got my first look at the ring live and in person all I could say was “WOW!!” even more beautiful than the photos and the craftsmanship was beyond my very high expectations!!

My daughter currently attends College at San Diego State University and is also a part of the Naval ROTC program as a Marine Corps Option working towards one day earning her commission as an Officer. I originally started this project 2 years ago. They sent me a rendering and I loved it but I wasn’t ready to commit to having it made. Custom made kept that rendering and my account active for 2 years until I was ready. Once I pulled the trigger on getting my ring made the staff has been great at keeping me updated on every step of their process. They would send me additional renderings just to make sure or maybe clean up the original. No step was moved past without my approval. When I finally received the final product, I was more impressed with my ring than the photos they send me. If you want a one-off custom ring, CustomMade is who I recommend and who I will use again.
