For a sole Practitioner, Lucy has offered the ability to have the phone answered and have clients given options (including making bookings!), rather than only being directed to voicemail. The staff have been incredibly receptive to my feedback, and their regular updates and improvements have been very impressive. It is definitely worth giving it a go!

I Prefer for this Company to have a 1-800-Number and Especially by it being a 3rd Party Business for Customers to Trust More Better, I also Love The Free Standard Reception Service they have Companies to Choose From when you are a Very New Company Trying to get Established.
