I've been using Lucy, an AI phone assistant, for a moderate amount of calls, and so far, the experience has been excellent. She consistently answers calls and relays information accurately. The developers are continually adding new features and fine-tuning the existing ones, which is impressive. They are very open to feed back. I'm currently using the free version, but based on my experience, I'm likely to upgrade to the paid version this Fall. I highly recommend this service.

I am the owner of a 2 man private investigator agency and Lucy answers the phone and takes messages. A man with another business called me and heard Lucy, he wants to know if he also get the Lucy app for his business. I love Lucy.

Couple of weeks ago my husband introduced to me to Lucy and I was like na I don’t need it, But when I called his phone and he had her on his phone I was like am going to get it and test it, it’s like my magical assistant she answers the phone and directs my clients to the right person as well as she answers any questions that they have. Lucy is a keeper for sure and I do recommend her to any business needing answering service during the day or after hours she is the best.

I first experienced this service when I called a business that used it as their answering system. I was impressed by its flawless performance and immediately asked the receptionist about it. After learning more, I started using the service right away.

The setup process was remarkably straightforward—I had a fully functional answering service within 10 minutes. Now, when my clients call while I’m busy, they can leave a message or receive a link to make a booking. Several of my clients have even asked about the service after interacting with it, and they’ve decided to set it up for their own needs.

What I appreciate most is the 24/7 availability. The messages people leave are sent to me via email, SMS, and there’s even an audio file allowing me to listen to their conversation with the AI bot.

Great solution for answering the phone, asking questions and voice to text works great

Just what i needed! I went on holidays overseas and had nobody to pick up my business or my private calls. It was super easy to set up. Different aspects for private and business number. All I needed to get my messages during my holiday was an Internet connection. No roaming needed, no money spent. It also shows me right away whether the call is a spam call/automated Chinese message or someone really interested to leave a message. It’s also great to have the message in writing as well as to listen to. Even older people left a message and it didn’t seem to be complicated to interact with my AI assistant Lucy. The quality of understanding the variety of callers and voices is very good. I am using at the moment only the Freemium version, but I am considering what possibilities the commercial version could help me and my business with.
