Worst brand ever, ordered a quick dry towel they have not dispatched the towel, and it's been more than 10 days, I've contacted them thrice to cancel the order and refund, but they say please refuse at the time of delivery and keep rescheduling the shipment.

17-06-2023 Now they have marked the shipment as delivered when im not at all in India. Writing this from Singapore.
No refund was initiated or a proper reply from the Cult support team for emails.

I am an avid fitness person and visit a gym where i am subscribed already. I decided lets try Cult Fit and downloaded their mobile app. Reviewed the memberships and finalized on Pro. Prior to enrolling I had visited a centre nearby and walked in. I was in the centre for 10+mins but no one came to enquire why i was there. Anyway. That centre is supposedly a 'Elite' centre and not a 'Pro' centre. Unfortunately they have not displayed it anywhere in the centre that it is only an 'Elite' membership centre. Basis my personal experience of walking into the centre and lack of view that its a 'Elite' i enrolled on their mobile app. I enthusiastically went down to the centre on Monday morning and enquired how do i self check-in. The lady there enquired what membership I have and I informed Pro. She immediately said i can visit 'Elite' only twice a month. I enquired where in this centre is is it displayed that it is 'Elite' only. Had someone been professional enough on the day i physically visited, I would have known this place is Elite and not Pro and not enrolled in it because the Pro's are quite far off for me. I would have stuck to my old gym. I reach to customer service to help me and they turn a cold shoulder on me saying sorry they cant cancel or refund. Instead they ask me to pay more to use the service in that centre. Cult need to realize that people come from various background and various reasons may have gone in to deciding something and paying for me. Simply telling pay more or be left out does not help. I am very disappointed with Cult Fit customer service. In my ethics, I would have offered a service recovery that satisfied customer and not ask them to pay more. Guys realize. People from varied backgrounds and their reasons to join or not join are varied.
I am not going to be using your gyms or membership. I stated this on the call with you.

It appears to me you are rather happy keeping my money for a service which I am not going to use. Great, i like how you treat your customers.
Will never refer anyone to this Cult Fit organization.

For Coach Rinku Goel: I enrolled into this Cult Transform Program with the expectation that there would be a time table of Diet and if followed will be able to reduce weight but to my surprise program was about Making an Habit which is far more important than just losing weight since Habit is something which followed will make us have a healthy life rather than a Boring Diet life so kudos to it. But yes they do give you a personal Diet plan and Workout plan of course. You can choose to follow it or not. About Rinku I need to admit she is complete package in terms of fitness and personal development, she just dint help me fix my habits but even helped me to come out more confident than before for which I am very happy about. I have learned to Eat Mindfully which is Rinku's Signature Statement and I am pretty sure il follow this for a long time....
Rinku is certainly a Game Changer and someone whom I can vouch for when it comes to Personal Development so Thank you for it.

I saw this Cult Transform program in the cult app and was curious to try it. I was then connected to my coach Roshni. She quickly understood my current eating habits, lifestyle and other important things. She started recommending small changes in my daily routine which started showing fantastic results. Roshni was always connected and personally motivated me. I was able to complete by daily tasks and habits in the app because of her and learnt many things related to nutrition and exercise. I've lost 10kgs for now and feel confident than before. I was also introduced to Cult plate concept after which I modified my eating habits. I'm extremely satisfied with this program I was also introduced to Cult plate concept after which I modified my eating habits. Very happy with the results and changes to my habits.

Today is my last day of experiencing the cult transform program. I am so glad and truly rewarded to have Marisha as my coach , for me she were more like a friend than a coach. Marisha you have made me realize what I am capable of, specially with my diets and workout sessions I learnt a lot about my body and all thanks to your motivation and support. If I ever take the cult transform subscription again I would opt you as my coach , Thankyou so much for all the support this journey of fitness has just began and I will always contact you for any help 😁😁

It has been 3 months since I joined the Cult Transform program from cult.fit under my coach Khusbu Baid. After all these months and regular weekly calls with my coach, I can say that joining this program was one of my best decisions since I promised myself to lead a healthy lifestyle. My prime motive was never focused on weight loss but on adopting healthy habits and maintaining them for life. My transformation coach clearly understood my intention and guided me with patience and I know that coz I talk a lot on the phone. She guided me very well on Cult Plate and how we need all the nutrients in balanced proportions to maintain the energy levels throughout the day. Earlier, I used to feel very lethargic post lunch, however, after Khusbu explained to me the importance of a well-balanced diet, I can see great improvement in my day-to-day life activities. I can focus better on my work, my stamina has increased a lot in my workouts, and overall I can sleep better and wake up fresh in the morning without any alarm. On the other side, I also saw a great improvement in my body structure, I lost a few inches around my waist, my weight has come down and my clothing size has changed from tight L to comfy M. All thanks to Khusbu who consistently motivated me in my downtimes and she also made sure to accommodate all my needs as I do not get a lot of time to cook.

Being a new mom during a pandemic and with absolute no access to the outside world I gained all the weight I possibly could. I got to know about Cult Transform from my cousin and joined it without a blink. I used to be very active but I know nothing about fitness so I decided to use a personal coach for my sessions and boy did I make the right choice! And I am very glad I got Diana as my coach. She understood what I really am and what my goals are even though I could not explain what I really wanted. She made me so comfortable and made me understand what I need to do and how to go about this entire weight loss program. She answers my sometimes stupid questions with a smile :) I am so motivated that even on my rest days I get excited to do at least a small session of workout. I have lost almost 3kgs in less than 2 months and a few cms from my waist, which is not much for most people but seemed impossible for me before. I have become so disciplined of the things I do and make a conscious effort to do it right. It sure does feel awesome to feel healthy and I still have a long way to go!

The Elite gym is like fish market, even the local gym is better than that of HSR's so called Elite gym. The center manager says this is a gym and we have no control. Why doesn't cult.fit open a booking system then so that everyone gets a chance? And their support is the worst who doesn't respond whether in-app or on social media they simply don't care after you are a member
