Still Customer service have no clue whats going on. everytime i call they say we will check with concered team and update in next 24 h . It is furstrating to the core
Treadmill Dumped
I bought a treadmill priced around 60000 near about through the Cult store. The professionalism shown pre-purchase was completely missing after the purchase.
First it took nearly 10 days for the treadmill to reach me.
Secondly the delivery guys left the package in the ground floor and said they cant bring it up to the 2nd floor where i stay. The customer care virtually told me to go figure it out for myself and they cant help beyond this.
Ive to spend an additional 2500 bringing in guys from packers and movers just to move this god damn parcel frm ground floor to my work out room.
This will be my absolte last purchase with Cult store.
I do NOT recommend Cult Store. Their advertisement for noiseless treadmills are more apt for their customer service - ONLY auto mails No solution.

I am not at all interested to provide them 1 star rating. Product is good but after sales support is worst. Worst.. I have purchased treadmil after 1-2 month I realised the belt is loose. I have register a complained and I was asked to provide a video in whatsapp and after few days a video call was scheduled with someone whi was not at all listing to me and he was just narrating me how to fix the issue myself. If that fellow meets me sometime I will let you guys no what is the defination of service. Any ways I have fix my treadmil myself n I realised here after I have to take help of location service centers to fix my issues

I have purchased thread mill in the month of October after my 1-2 months of usage it started giving trouble like noise issue and heating problem, still now they are just playing with me sending different kinds of technician every week from last 2 and odd months , one technician will say first motor issue then they replaced motor after that also issue did not get resolved again technician started telling weight issue but it's of 120kg and my weight is 90kg , after all these shit activities for one month they assigned another technician and he is saying there is no issue and he will tell heat is common , anyone if they touch machine while it's running for sure hand will get burnt and he is saying use like that nothing will happen, I am still using it only in minimum speed it is getting heated up like anything, I request everyone not to buy cult products, products are of worst quality and above that customer service and TECHNICIAN are worst pro

Cultfit is third class, over hyped and very expensive. You click on their app or website, hundreds of shameless calls land into your network. Just negotiate and they are willing to give elite membership for less than Rs 1000. These guys are desperate. Don’t budge to their numerous calls. Their gym quality has been pathetic of late. Very disappointing after sales experience and customer support
Very disappointing experience. Once you pay, the after-sales service is practically non-existent. Customer care is slow, unresponsive, and keeps giving generic replies without actually solving the issue.
Product was faulty from day 1 of purchase and I had to follow up multiple times with no clear resolution, which shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. It feels like the company is only focused on acquiring customers, not supporting them.
The entire process has been frustrating and stressful. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before subscribing or making any purchase, as getting support afterward can be extremely difficult.
Overall, a very poor customer experience and not what you expect from a brand of this scale.

Ordered a yoga mat with bag and belt from Cult online store. Paid online. Only part of the order was delivered.
I raised a return request the same day. The Agent who came to collect it refused to pick up the items claiming he was not able to process the return request online. I contacted the customer service and they said they would once again initiate the return. Despite several reminders, there is no revert from the store.
After this experience, will avoid purchasing from CULTSTORE in future.

On ringing Cult Store Customer Disservice. They told me they could not coordinate with their delivery partners could not even co-ordinate with their own delivery team but could only escalate that it arrives in three days after escalation. Since i am leaving for mumbai i asked if i could reschedule. they said i could only do that when delivery partner comes or by writing an email. If i cancelled they could not send confirmation via email or message for delaying delivery or refunding. HORRID SERVICE.

Cult Fit refused refund after poor training experience — even though I raised it early and tried every channel
I enrolled for a personal training package at Cult Fit Marathahalli (₹45,900). I was clearly told later that it’s non-refundable, and yes — the invoice mentions that.
But here’s what’s frustrating:
- No one explained the refund policy **before** I paid. I wasn't shown terms or asked to sign anything except a digital payment.
- After just ample amount of sessions, I raised concerns about the poor quality of training.
- Despite multiple follow-ups through email, calls, no one offered a resolution — not even to pause or transfer the sessions.
- The trainers were often unavailable not willing to give time for the client, and support was inconsistent.
Even if non-refundable, when a customer is **genuinely dissatisfied early** and proactively communicates, shouldn’t a brand try to resolve it?
It feels like the company hides behind policy rather than delivering value or caring about retention.
Just sharing here so others think twice before committing to expensive long-term packages.

Despite it being under a 1-year warranty, I’m being told only one service is free—and even that service didn’t resolve the issue. Now, I’m unable to see the order in my history, and no one is responding to my follow-ups.

Shocking Behaviour at Cult Fitness Mumbai – Humiliated by Manager in Public
I’ve been a loyal Cult member for over 2 years, but what happened recently at the Cult Fitness Mumbai center was absolutely unacceptable.
On June 23 at around 6:50 PM, I was publicly threatened and humiliated by the center manager, Nikhil Bhalerao, over a parking issue that had never been flagged before. Instead of approaching me with basic courtesy, he chose aggression, raised his voice, and created a scene in front of other members. There is CCTV footage to prove this incident.
What’s more disturbing is the culture this reflects—favoritism, poor hygiene oversight, and intimidation of long-time members. I expected professionalism and respect from a brand like Cult, not this kind of rowdy behavior.
I’ve tried raising the issue via their app and official channels but have received no real resolution. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this legally and publicly.
Cult claims to promote wellness and community—but right now, all I’ve experienced is silence and humiliation.
Worst Customer Service
I purchased a select membership with cult but due to unable to use that particular gym, I upgraded to pro membership, after sometime, the gym was closed for 1.5 months due to delhi's underground policy. Understandable but still for those 1.5 months my membership was not useable. Now again when I started going, the gym owner has restrained my entry because they have ended their tie up with cult and also because I didn't purchased my pro membership from them they don't allow me to work out there.
Reached out to cult regarding the same. its been more than a Week since they say they are looking into the matter. I tried mailing them I tweeted to their X account but no response. How do a customer trust such brand when they are not providing any solution????
Daily I'm following up but no response.

Cult fit is not designed for your need. You just have 'one size fits all' classes. I damaged my knee because the instructors put me into high intensity exercises. I would strongly recommend against joining cult. Please take sessions that are best suited for you.
