Triple bunk bed
We had a triple bunk bed delivered but one of the panels were broken, I called customer services and spoke to a lovely lady (Samantha Stirling) she went above and beyond she was amazing. It is now all sorted and my boys are very happy thanks to Samantha. What a lovely lady.

Would not recommend
Initially when placing order for a mid sleeper bed & mattress the company wanted to charge delivery for the mattress as it came from a different warehouse, even though website states free delivery over a certain amount. Nothing was done to remove delivery fee so I ordered a mattress from another company. Incorrect items sent & long wait for correct item to be sent out to replace. Customer service advisor full of apologies but didn’t seem genuine & certainly didn’t put any emphasis on fixing issue. The mid sleeper looks great but the pull out desk is very poor quality! My nearly 10year old is unable to move the desk without help from an adult!

Upon investigation, we can see that no contact was made with us regarding delivery fees either before or after your purchase. The fees apply to certain post code areas, these are clearly explained within our terms and conditions and we work hard to ensure that customers are provided as much information as possible to enable them to make an informed purchase decision. The bed I ordered was disappointing and has broken twice. The first time it broke I got in touch with the company to try and rectify this. Luana couldn't have been more polite or helpful and arranged a new part to be sent out. Unfortunately this has broken again and I do not feel it is worth replacing a second time. Customer service is excellent but the product was bad quality.

Fantastic customer service
Cuckooland we’re great with my recent order. All items arrived very quickly and in good condition. I had one very slight issue with one of my purchases and they contacted me based on my feedback and sent a replacement within days. It was fantastic customer service. Very fast, friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

returns not accepted, contradicting website info
I received a damaged parcel and requested to return it and receive a refund as the waiting time is long for a replacement and I ordered another table from different shop.
There have been many emails insisting me to accept the replacement and ignoring my request for return/refund. Website states that returns are accepted, so if you are okay with not having an option to return, go on and use this company.

We are saddened to receive your feedback as since you contacted us on 20.03, we have been trying to work with you on arranging your return. Firstly, we would like to pass on our sincere apologies again that your order arrived with you in less then perfect condition. We completely understand the disappointment this has caused and our first port of call is always to offer our customers either replacement parts or if required, a full replacement product to resolve an issue. We understand that you would like to proceed with a refund instead and have been in contact to provide the details for collection. Due to the size of the item in question, it is outside of the Royal Mail Returns Specification so this isn't an option on this occasion. As you have stated that you cannot be available within the timeframes that the collection service takes place - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - we have enquired as to whether you would like to either donate the product to charity or alternatively, dispose of it. We have not denied your refund request at any opportunity and will continue to support you with a final resolution.

Good service
Just a note to say how impressed I was with the Cuckooland experience - the range of products offered was very good (I went for a leather sofa), as was the communications from their service team (Leah West was very helpful throughout the whole process and a pleasure to deal with). Recommended.

Cuckoolands customer service was fantastic. I ordered a Ooni pizza oven & they was a lot cheaper than buying direct from Ooni. Leah was extremely helpful before my order & when there was something Missing from the box. Leah got it sorted straight away & send out. Would highly recommend them.
