We bought a set of drawers about 18 months ago. They looked reasonably nice and were fine for the first year, but then all of the the joints started breaking. Given the cost, we expected they might either replace the unit or otherwise provide some sort of refund. After many emails back and forth over the past 4 months, each time asking for more details, new photos and suggesting they would escalate the request, we have finally given up and ordered a replacement from IKEA.

Overall, poor customer service that has wasted a lot of our time, a waste of money, and a not very well made product. Would not recommend.

I ordered a table through Noa and Nani as a similar one at Ikea was out of stock. The quality is great and it was very easy to put together. Delivery was quick and I would happily order from them again!

Bought a shoe rack from the company.
The product looked exactly like the photo, good quality, easy to put together. I was continuously updated on tracking and did not have to reach out to the team.

Firstly they sent the product on the one date and time we said we were not available due to a medical appointment for my child. Next the product was missing parts EG screws and dowels plus you are told not to use a drill to put the screws in because it will split the wood. It took us 6 1/2 hours on the first day to put together the bed as the instructions were very hard to follow it's like expecting someone to learn anatomy from the drawing of a Stickman. The following day we set about trying to sort out the issues we had with the slide which has a S-Type bracket that hooks over the bed but there are no pre drilled holes so you have to screw into the ladder but where the screw hole is at the top of the hook you cannot get a screwdriver in and where the second screw hole is supposed to go there is already a bolt that you have used to put together the bed so it can't go through at that angle there were not enough white covers for the screw holes so your bed unit just has brass screws on site throughout. Then considering we had ordered a pirate ship bed we opened the box to take out the pirate tents only to find a blue tent for a tower. My nonverbal autistic child age 5 had his heart set on a pirate ship bed for weeks and every day he has asked for it and throughout the entire process of Us putting the bed together yesterday he was asking for it and we were saying wait when we're ready we'll open the surprise well surprises that not only is it a blue Tower and not a pirate ship bed but the contents inside those boxes do not match the picture on the front. The blue tunnel that goes across the middle of the bed shows two port holes but actually it's just a tunnel with a hole cut in it at the side like a doorway. Not only that the Poles that go across the top of it two of them are not the right size and the too big and don't allow for the velcro to be fastened. There are parts sewn on back to front on the panels underneath the bed. The blue Tower itself is torn on the corner at the top and it's not a tent like material it is easy to material which is why it is ripped in transit. Add to that you have three gold poles in a pack with that Tower and you have to put them together and screw where the whole is on each of them but it was bent so it doesn't go at the angle it's supposed to and then you have to screw that into the actual bed itself again no pre drilled holes. Then you have to place the tent over that shape in order for the children to slide down the bed but the tent does not go on the way it is in the picture you have to reverse it because there's no way for it go on the bed with the hole at the front and the flaps at the back. The side pocket arrived as a bed tidy and it was essentially a piece of cardboard folded in half covered in the same ridiculous material that rips easily and had three pockets sewn onto it of the cheapest material and with covered in stains he absolutely beggars belief and to the situation that we have been put in this weekend. We looked on every social media and Googled for instructions and saw people on tiktok etc sharing the issues that they have had with the bed. There are so many screws and allen key screws that you need to put on this bed it takes two days to erect and having to put the tents on even if they're ones you did not order out of sheer desperation to hope a child will sleep in the bed is not the experience we were hoping for and a bright blue bed which doesn't even match the pictures on the box let alone the pirate ship that we ordered is an incredibly sad situation to be put into. We had issues with the delivery and we've had issues with the product we've had issues with the assembly and we've had the wrong product delivered completely along with the fact that the product does not even match the picture on the front. There is no quality control or quality assurance with this product and we ordered via B&Q.

I don’t even know where to start , I bought 3 units and at present have only managed to get 1 together as waiting on parts , is there any phone number for this place anyone have one , I’m contacting my credit card company today to get my money back , customer service is absolutely shocking

Great products at very affordable price! I’m really happy with my side table—I ended up using it as a TV stand, and it works perfectly! The size is just right for my space. Assembly was quick and straightforward, which was a big plus. Looks just as good as a high end product. Very happy with it.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order of two chest of drawers. Utterly shocked how it’s been handled and insulting me with a poor goodwill gesture.

Upon delivery, I discovered several issues with the items. One unit arrived with missing drawer knobs, and another drawer had faulty internal components, making it unusable. This alone is unacceptable for new furniture.

In addition, the delivery service was highly unprofessional. The driver contacted me multiple times requesting my live location, which I shared twice. Despite this, the driver still delivered to the wrong address — a completely incorrect location — causing unnecessary inconvenience and delay for me to leave for work on time.

I subsequently contacted your company to report these issues, but I was extremely disappointed with the response. Offering £10.00 as compensation for faulty goods, missing parts, and such poor delivery service does not reflect the seriousness of the situation or the inconvenience caused.

I expect a more appropriate resolution, which should include either:
• Replacement of the faulty components and missing items at no additional cost, or
• A partial refund that fairly reflects the condition of the goods and the service provided.

I won’t be shopping with you again and I won’t be recommending your products with family and friends. I’m disgusted with the service I have received.

Really happy with two products we got in the karlstead range. I missed the option to have delivery to the room and the boxes were heavy, however assembling was straight forward following instructions. Kept up to date on delivery times etc and the items are really good quality would recommend.

The whole experience, from website browsing, finding information and measurements and purchasing to delivery was excellent! Noa and Nani was a company I didn’t really know much about until I searched for a new bed for my daughter but it will certainly be a company I would use again!

I recently purchased the Koping Single Gas Lift Ottoman Bed in natural pine, and overall I’m really pleased with it. The bed is sturdy, well-made, and very comfortable. Most importantly, my son absolutely loves it, which makes it a great purchase in my book.

The storage feature is also a big plus and works really well for keeping things tidy. While I was initially a bit surprised that it didn’t come with a headboard, the quality and comfort of the bed itself definitely make up for it.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this company for both quality and comfort.
