i applied for a loan without a hard credit hit. it was a hard hit and my score went down. also i was to be given fifty dollars if i did not get a loan advertised on C K. nada zilch is what i got.

The offers they promote fall through. This is just a leads app; the only one that wins been the promoted business and the consumer is themselves. Horribly unethical. Small banks out there, don't even bother to put your ads here.

They need ask which language do you prefer. Then they need to connect you to a competent person who actually speaks and understands your language. Having ppl in third world countries who do not understand your language and can NOT speak or understanding it should not be allowed to not only having access to your personal information but to give you false information, then to come back and say we are sorry for the mistake, we didn’t completely understand what you were asking. What??

This company is horrible, I was locked out of my account and they have been dragging me along for over a week , I’ve given proof of my identity multiple times and I keep being told that my case is escalated and a specialist department will reach out to me all so that I can change my email and phone number ? I’ve asked for a manager and was transferred to another regular agent . This company is a scam and the fact that they are taking all my personal information and documents and not helping me is insane

There credit score are not real, not even close to real when you get companies telling you no for a credit card and it says your score is a 700 then you eventually get the real score from one of the businesses that said no...do not fall for their fake scores do not apply for any of their loans , you'll have telemarketers calling you 20 x a day.

There is a 100 point difference when asking for a loan. It is extremely misleading and can’t be trusted

Since I had cancelled an account, they are unable to provide a new account. Like a two year old, throwing a fit, they can't create a new account! In this day and age, a simple one key-stroke command should resolve this issue...Instead the fail to deliver as advertised! NEVER again will I use anything remotely associated with this company!

Changed my telephone number. Now can't receive a code to log in to my account. Can't find any phone number for customer support

I received an offer to sign up for a credit card and if I wasn't approved I would receive $50. The link to sign up for the credit card kept giving me a "cannot reach site" so I contacted customer support. They had me send a screenshot and said they'd follow up with me. That was on January 13th and not only have I not heard anything back but they also removed the credit card offer that had the $50 dollar guarantee. That's a good way to dissuade me from moving my direct deposit. I'm very disappointed with Credit Karma and as of this moment I would not recommend them to anyone.

For a company that is running by the computer world they 8 months behind the times and having to talk to a computer on their site is even worse when is the government going to step in and get rid of these companies because they ruining people's lives!!!!

This joke of an app is more concerned with selling you financial products rather than actually helping you improve your credit

I agree with all you people very unhappy and unsatisfied with credit karma services and customer service let me explain first of customer service is help at allvidk even know why they even have a number they dnt do nothing or even tell u any useful info that can better help the situation, so I have recently upgraded to premium member. So I am able to do mobile deposit now I made mobile deposit with us postal money order on Jan 2 2025 which it was accepted im thinking slsince it says on their misleading app deposits through app can take any where from 2 to 3 byisness days and on the first buisnes day I should get option to get partial ,we'll I had rent due on the 5th and they have my money on hold for 8 days ever since I first deposited it so now I'm late and no one can help me with any answers onto why I'm being placed on hold if im premium member and 2nd of all money order shouldn't be on hold considering it's guaranteed not to bounce back its secure form of payment that's been paid for this has been a real pain the ass for me I never was on hold for 8 days with out being told a reason I helluh regret and soon as I get my money I'm closing my account down credit karma sucks

They're dishonest they lie about their credit card guarantee they don't back it up and then you have to get the inquiry removed. A hard inquiry that could have been avoided if Credit Karma was forthright. Plus they don't have accurate Vantage data or FICO data it's old and outdated data. If you want accurate up to date data inquire through each Credit Bureau.

Don't trust them they lie about everything. They say online that if you get at least $700 direct deposited that they pay up to two days early I get like $3,000 direct deposited they lie they don't pay two days early they are worthless they lie about their credit card guarantee $50 bonus it's all a lie everything they say is a lie The most worthless company I've ever seen.

This business literally can get me evicted! When their bs “bank” keeps declining my rent payment !! I couldn’t even get gas the other day .. no one should EVER use this card as their primary bank card I will be getting a new bank tomorrow and never look back

Terrible customer support, no number to call, they do everything in their power to not get you a solution.
Had money sent to my account and went to use at the gas station and my card was declined. Customer support said it was the merchant that was causing the problem so to test this I went to another gas station and again, declined. Both Bryan and Carlos did absolutely nothing to help. Said to try multiple things which I did and is the reason why I even reached out to them and during explaining that, they ended the chat. Closed the account and would highly recommend people to not keep their money in there.

I just had the worst experience I have ever had with chat "help." I can't log into my account ALL OF A SUDDEN after years of using this service. The "agent" (who seemed a lot like a bot) told me that there is basically nothing she can do, that I need to go back to the USA to access my account!! Ha! I can't even manage to get there every year for various reasons, and that's completely beside the point. I should be able to access my account like I always have. Even though I have been living in Italy for almost 7 years and since I got Credit Karma have had no problems logging in. I also got an alert (from Credit Karma) about a suspicious charge on one of my cards, which I would really like to look at. Can I? No. Did I get any help from the agent? NO. She actually signed off "for quality purposes" without resolving anything, and when I asked to speak to a manager about this experience, she conveniently "couldn't transfer the chat." I am so incredibly frustrated and disappointed and I CANNOT in good faith RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

The worst company. Bad reputation. Questionable business practices.

Credit karma has done it for many others as I have seen it but you might like to try out HIKEMYCREDIT ON X it is a very good deal for everyone as long as you have your details ready for the company
