I was a regular customer with creams through Just Eat. Unfortunately my last order was horrible, hard, crunchy and stale. No customer support from either Creams or just eat.

This is for Creams lakeside service was friendly and quick
I was asked to do a review so I did based on the service today 27 June 2023
It was polite and efficient and people friendly

Before putting a review on here, I used Cream's 'Contact us' on their web page. But they ignored me completely, so here is an exact copy of my complaint......
I would advise you not to visit this place.

"I have just had my first visit to creams Doncaster, as we were passing by and my daughter was so excited when she saw the drinks advertised outside.
All I can say is what an absolute shambles. I have never been so disappointed.

I ordered 3 drinks at 17.36 and got them 24 minutes later. I was the only customer in the shop. I ordered a Lawnstar Martini, a Pina Collider and a bubble tea. It soon became apparent that neither the elderly lady serving us, nor her younger male colleague had a clue what they were doing.

At one point I heard the male say to the elderly lady 'that stuff is really strong....I think you've put too much in'. A 3rd member of staff joined, but did nothing to help with the order. She stood with one hand on her hip for the entire time. After 20 minutes, one drink appeared on the counter. At this point I said 'I really need these drinks - I have a show to get to'.

At this point I was told they had never made these drinks before!!! They said the menu was new!

After 24 minutes all 3 drinks were on the counter. The elderly lady then asked 'do they look like they do on the menu'?

I said as long as tbey taste ok, its fine.

I then pointed out that one drink didn't have the cream I'd asked for. She replied 'we have been told not to put cream on when we use plastic lids'! I replied to this that they hadn't given us plastic lids either! I also then pointed out that my coconut drink had no coconut either!!

I then told the male manager, that if he is advertising drinks, he should at least know how to make them. He said he'd watched the training videos, but 24 hours isn't enough to learn them. I suggested that he practise before customers walk through the doors, and then left.

There was so much syrup in the two 'new' drinks, they were not drinkable. I took photos. They looked rubbish too, and I received not one word of an apology.

Customer service and drinks at their very worst!

We ordered two drinks and only received one of the drinks. Tried calling them and didn’t even bother answering the phone.
Don’t waste your money

I went to Creams Epsom for my son's birthday. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They all wished my son birthday and food quality was also very impressive.

had to clean the tables ourselves under stood this as they was busy, but stood at the till for 10 minutes to be greeted with "yes" our food came.out cold eventually when it did come out two desserts out the 4 came out then 15 minutes a third 45 minites later the 4th did avoid place is shambles surprised its Still open.

Complete waste of money would rather travel the extra time and go to gravesend

Creams Rochester

We live in Braintree, we have a kaspas here in the town and also in Chelmsford.
Lakeside is on a traffic friendly day 1 hour from us so why would we go here just for desert?
Because simply put it’s the best and I love it.
My wife, myself, our two sons of 6 & 9 & our friends & their son of 11 like nothing more than a blast down the A12, M25 followed by a short stint on the A13.
There is much to do here, a night out for couples?
Friends ?
Family?
It has it all excluding the misfits removing the wishes from the pool out the front.
Once inside the usual American style diner is as required because deep down we are all secret Americans just a lot lighter, so that means we can eat more.

The menus are to say the least just a tad colourful and my pet hate is the remains of some ginger kids food I’ve put my hand in so please wipe the menus or don’t serve ginger kids.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful, the odd thing I noticed is those that like the sound of their own voice and particularly when busy, they moan at the staff. As a result the staff are in my opinion quiet and reserved.
The lady that served us was visibly shocked by a thank you and even cracked a smile.
The way I see it, I know you had your lips done and your boobs and you have done amazing to pour yourself into those leggings but in truth we only wanna look and no one is interested in what you have to say.
You don’t wanna queue ? Go elsewhere.

The food here resembles the menu unlike most places. It’s a nice place to be.
Some items can be sickly but every once in a while it’s good to over indulge.

I love it and can’t wait to return soon.

Mary at Creams lakeside was great! She was very nice and fast serving would highly recommend

I went to the Finsbury Park branch via online delivery and I was impressed with how well it was packaged. I found it a nice treat to have once in a while, I had the oreo waffle dessert and it came with whipped cream and oreo ice cream. Yum.

Milton Keynes, ordered one main dessert and one kids cookie dough. The kids was so tiny it was no larger than a tiny biscuit and certainly not worth the money. We had ordered the same desserts a month ago and the kids one was a good very reasonable portion, but not now. I'll just make my own from now on as Creams is too expensive for very little food!

We were served by Carmen in the Bath Creams - she was polite friendly and welcoming . We ordered a flat white which great and a Oreo milkshake for my son which he gave 5 stars.

Absolute disappointment , took my 2 grandsons for after school treat , the staff are the rudest ignorant people I have ever to witness , they slammed food and drinks on our table , offered no cutlery or serviettes, and replied with one word answer when I asked did we need to get our own , totally ruined our evening !!!!!

If I could rate 0 starts I would. I have already complained once and got no reply to my email regarding the valley park creams. After no reply for months I decided to go back after a game of bowling next door. My partner ordered a vegan product which I can assure you wasn’t vegan. He is allergic to specific ingredients which is why the plant based was ordered. Luckily it isn’t a high and serious allergy otherwise it wouldn’t have been good.

The staff are slow and quite rude each time I have been. Waited over half hour for a dessert when half the table was eating. I had to ask three times before it was brought out with no apology and not even for eat in, for take away.

All together it’s just a bad experience and I will not be returning. Probably no bother to even write a complaint as nobody seems to care.

Wow, nothing gets the the team at High Wycombe Creams down! Went last Saturday with my daughter, weather was dull and grey, really cold. Staff were so lovely and welcoming, helped us with our choices, I made a mistake with my order (my fault), and they put it right. Brought an extra plate and cutlery so that we could share the enormous waffle. So cheerful throughout. Thanks for a great experience and we’ll be there again this evening 😊👍🏽

Morden Creams understaffed and they only prioritize online customers. Some staffs are unfriendly and dont even speak a word. Foods are nice and tasty, but the staffs work as if they dont care about the customers. 2Stars is only for the food. The management is loosing their customers because of not putting the correct staffs on the store.

Not good, I went to take my son to the play area and was told to not go in with him, my son has special needs. My son could have had a fall and then who’s fault would that be. Your policy’s are un fair and you should really be inclusive to ALL children.. also taking cash only for the play area is a bit dodgy to be honest

food and drink was okay, given the one star for this, but cleanliness and staff customer service was horrific, so so rude and unwelcoming, horrific experience

Staff were friendly but service was horrific. Currently in a 50 minute wait for 2 WAFFLES TO TAKE OUT!! They explained they were very busy but staff behind counter were standing there chatting half of the time. Not using again. Still sat waiting!!

Great customer service and the waffles were great but I don't like it I love it and the employees were kind
