Poor quality item. Missing pieces of the letters. I expect a refund. Very disappointed.

Not happy with the fact that we were in the back and forth of design and they had already begun the Design work.

After doing much research in choosing a company to meet our needs for a business neon sign, we are happy to say we chose a great one! The customer service was amazing and quick to respond to our emails! The sign is beautiful and has definitely met our expectations!

What a delightful experience to work with a company that is responsive in every way! There was no waiting days for replies and once we settled on a final design it was manufactured and shipped promptly. And, we could not be happier with the result!

I needed a personalized sign that I could not describe through the website. I called the number provided and was immediately helped by a nice young man who had me text a picture that I had drawn of my project. After a couple of mock ups, by the CrazyNeon team they made a sign that was perfect. The turnaround time was very quick and my sign arrived safely, works perfect and I could not be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Exactly as the mockup!
My request returned a fairly quick response with a mockup of the design I was requesting. I didn't have a logo or anything but described what I was looking for. Details I may have forgotten were quickly changed per my request. I figured the design was digital and my light would only resemble the mockup. I was a little concerned when I saw it delivered but it was packaged very safe and secure. Item was in perfect condition considering the distance traveled. OMG! It came EXACTLY like the mockup, with a dimmer, and the size I requested. It is so cool looking. I am impressed. The chain is a little longer than I expected so I can either change it out or cut this one. I am very, very happy with this purchase.

This is perhaps one of the single best experiences I have had with an online merchant, EVER!
With every question I had, there was a very quick and clear answer. The responsiveness was exceptional. Then, I ended up needing our sign for an event with a quick turnaround time. Their product arrived a day EARLY (yes, I paid for expedited shipping, but still...).
We all eagerly gathered just now to open the box which was packaged so expertly it protected the fragile piece on it's long "around the world" trip.
The sign is breathtaking and EXACTLY as described. The craftsmen made all the changes we requested from the original mock up, to perfection.
This will be a stunning addition to our event and a treasured keepsake afterwards.
I don't usually write reviews, but this experience demanded one.

The sign is perfect! Exactly what I had designed in my mind come to life.

The sign was generally well made, but it was shipped completely filthy. Whoever assembled it did not clean it very well before shipping it and some of the fingerprints on the clear portion of the sign will not wipe of no matter what I use, they appear to be some kind of chemical that etched itself into the plexiglass. It will work so I'm not going to deal with 3rd world customer service trying to return it. I should have done more reasearch about where the item was manufactured. I do not recommend, look for a stateside manufacturer.
