I am not happy with my purchase at all
I am not happy with my purchase at all. The craftsmanship is very poor and I would not recommend purchasing from them. I spent almost $200 on this as a Christmas gift for someone, and now I don’t know what I’m going to do.

I had to call the 800 number as I wasn't comfortable navigating the web order myself! I spoke to a gentleman who was kind enough to walk me through the entire process & on top of that, he showed me how to save an additional 30%...I would highly recommend this company to ALL!!! Great customer service
Not only is the sign perfect and exactly what I was hoping for, the customer service was fantastic. After ordering it I needed it by a certain day and they helped express it and worked with the shipping company to ensure it arrived at the right time. Their communication is fantastic. I love my sign. It makes me so happy every time I look at it. Also definitely recommend getting the dimmer remote! It’s mood lighting all in one!
