Fast and excellent service - neon light was great

Great product delivered very quickly

Size was just right, and the remote control is a nice accessory with several light modes available. Would have given 5 stars but the stand feet aren't very secure and it would be nice to have a slow fade in/out mode. Overall, love the sign!

My experience was great. I couldn't believe how fast they processed the order. It was nice to be able to track the shipping and it even arrived a day earlier than predicted. The product arrived in great condition and looked exactly as expected.

My entire experience was top-notch: Communication through the design process was superb. A mockup was sent within a day, and it looked fantastic. Once I approved, the sign was created quickly and communication on shipping was great. When I received it, I was stunned by the quality - it looks amazing. It included everything in the box and was super easy to get set up, including the bluetooth control app for my phone.

I was surprised at the time it took for my custom order to be shipped. FAST! And it looks great! Exactly what I envisioned.

My order arrived damaged ( the charging box for the lights is completely smashed so the remote does not work at all)

Costumer service was fantastic I had put the wrong back on and they emailed me to make sure that’s what I wanted they suggested I change it was the right move
