Ordered materials in excess of 7,000 USD with them for 4 of my companies. Exchanges numerous emails about a sign that arrived in non-working condition. Even had a local neon sign team review it. Was about to place another order for 1.5k and only asked them to replace the sign - even offered to pay for the material cost. They went above and beyond to AVOID ANY RESPONSIBILITY, took forever to respond, and eventually we were forced to go with a different company. Garbage company.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a 5 feet long neon sign and paid $703. Crazy Neon packaged this fragile 5' long neon sign in cardboard and it arrived broken. I have a ring camera that recorded the delivery of the sign from the USPS driver and it proves the sign arrived broken. I also provided Crazy Neon with an unboxing video. I emailed Crazy Neon to resolved the matter and they have refused to do anything about it. WASTED $703 WITH THIS COMPANY!

scammed me! fighting for a refund! customer service is in India and lies about resolving my issues. They took 1 month to deliver my product with no communication. Product finally came me defective which I can't use so I've been robbed for 900$ . Stay far away from this company very unprofessional. Only 1 guy tried to help me from the USA name Joe. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

My sign randomly stopped working for no reason at all, and I only had the sign for 4 or 5 months. When reaching out to support they asked for some videos looking at the dimmer box and some other components. After I sent the video, they decided to send me a dimmer box (believing the issue was with the dimmer box).

3 weeks go by and I never received the dimmer box. When I reached back out they asked for more, often times repetitive questions and videos (which I provided). Another 2-3 weeks go by and at that point it felt like they we're just hoping I give up. I explained to them that for only having a sign for 5 months would warrant a replacement, especially having dealt with customer support for more than a month. They continued on with their same requests, in which I decided to dispose of their cheap sign and find an alternative who values my business.

For anyone considering this company, I would strongly suggest you spend your money somewhere else. The quality of the sign was par at best, and the terrible customer service I received is the cherry on top. You will save money in the long haul by purchasing a quality sign from a quality company, trust me!

They wouldn't refund me for a feature they allowed to be customized on their site, never followed up after my order and when I contacted them 3 days later (AFTER the cancellation period) they sent a warning that full rgb customization harms the sign so I said fine remove it and they tried to refund me HALF of what the rgb feature cost me, I went to their site and created the exact same sign without the feature and it was $92 less, they tried to refund me $50. So I disputed the charge and reported to the FTC. They disputed the dispute and said the purchase is valid and guess, what, I never got a sign. Ha! I will get my money back in the long run but not before I do my due diligence on all available resources. This is where lawsuits are born becaue $321 is not chump change.

Three times the price of other vendors and doesn’t honor lowest price guarantee. Represents as a US company but based out of India. Pressured into purchasing quickly, the agent ignored my needed delivery window and shipped early before possible to receive the order. I have to pay to stop the shipping. Go somewhere else asap!

They added a note that they gave me $200 off but are neglecting to say it’s because they wouldn’t actually honor their best price match claim written all over their site.

They got the color wrong after a few emails back and forth and what upsets me most is their refusal to take accountability. They just passive aggressively refer to small print somewhere on their site saying colors may vary. I specifically asked for yellow and they sent Orange. That’s not a little varying it’s a completely different color.

This company has its neon sign products made in India at low cost and incredible low production quality/value; you will find this out when you track your order on FedEx...

I have seen Open neon signs for less than $50 that are made with higher design/craft standards. Not sure why the company posts fancy images of high-end neon signs with acrylic glass-like coverings over its letters because what arrived by mail is very far from that and of low nature compared to the web images that the company advertises online. I expressed this to customer service and got nowhere. Neither the original or discounted price for the neon sign was fair for what I received by mail.

Please call/investigate before ordering to make sure your neon company manufactures their products in USA. That way you actually end up paying for a sign that equates to a quality of work of what you pay in price.

AMAZING sign! They did a great job matching the design, and translating the design into neon. It's beautiful, and we LOVE it. Very pleased with both the design process, their customer service, their production times, and the quality of the result. Great service, and highly recommend!

The only piece that was unexpected is that the transformer makes a bit of a buzzing sound when it's cycling through the colors. There's no sound when it's paused on a single color, just when it's rotating through colors. Thankfully we don't need the cycling feature, but just a note if someone does need that feature and it's in a small space you might notice the buzzing.

Just to let you know, we have received and installed our sign and are not satisfied with our purchase.

To be clear, we are way beyond satisfied and are thrilled, surprised and astonished with our purchase!

So thankful I made the decision to go with Crazy Neon for my dad’s birthday present. I submitted a request to the team for a sign of a logo and they responded by the next day with mock ups that were exactly as I requested. The turn around and delivery time were so quick as well. The sign turned out better than I could’ve imagined. It was absolutely perfect and my dad couldn’t have been happier. I will 1000% be using them again

Excellent process, price, customer service, and product. Really could not be happier.

Purchased the neon sign for the outdoors and it should’ve come with proper water proofing and good quality materials. The water seals were broken, the cable materials was very poor quality and the colors were different from the light to the controller (white) and from the controller to the power supply (black). Disappointed with the workmanship and overall quality.

My sign turned out PERFECT

Great process and their product is solid quality. I bought a custom neon from them prior to this Christmas. Got it a few weeks later and it's been a solid purchase.
