As the title says, their cancellation doesn't even work, and once you pay for the "one off" trial they will still charge the full amount next month. Scum. They also won't refund you once they charge you even though you definitely did cancel.

I could not complete the registration process but they took my card details and charged my card 2 times.

When I requested a refund, they told me they have a strict no refund policy for the trial period. Except I couldn't even create my account so I had no chance to use the service therefore there wasn't even a trial period. Copyshark.ai was a very bad experience.

Be careful. Poor quality and very hard to cancel the subscription.
You will also not get your money back during the “free 7-day” trial.

I wanted to use the site for video scripts. But the tools are quite limited. You can't establish a style or anything, just the general topic. Therefore, it did not work for me. I was within the 14 day trial for $7 when I canceled, probably only a day or two into the trial. And, as others have also stated, their cancellation process is meant to be slow to try to get you to pay for another month.
I finally got my account canceled but they mentioned nothing about the refund. I wrote "Just to be clear. I’m demanding the “money back warranty” not just trying to cancel." Because they claim they have a 100-day money back warranty. Since then they have just been trying to play dumb and not honor the very wording on which they are selling their product.

Could not create an account and therefore could not cancel. Their customer service is terrible. I am 100% sure this is a scam.

I totally cancelled. They have a botched system. The copy comes back blank or completely unrelated to what I typed in. And I was charged even though I cancelled. Their cancellation process and tedious and they wont help you prove it even if you did. They claim they don't provide refunds so stay away. This company will take your money, not improve the platforms, and gaslight you into thinking you did something wrong. Dont buy this crap.

The service itself is pretty bad, texts are very low quality. User experience is bad, site is awful. The worst part - cancelation is this 324342354 step process, you cancel, you fill a typeform, you submit it, THEN IF YOURE LUCKY, you get taken to a cancellation page, if not, pray for God's help, and THEN you need to send a cancelation e-mail. AVOID this at any cost, worst experience with cancelation I have ever had. Disappointed and never would recommend even to my worst enemies.

This company is nothing but a scam. Do not sign up for their service unless you want to get charged even after canceling your trial. They offer a trial, but it's not free. You have to pay $7 for 14 days, and this of course means that you have to give them your credit card info to sign up, and when you go to cancel the trial, because the software is completely useless and ridiculous to say the least, you will get charged $39 and will not be able to get a refund from them. And of course if you ask to cancel they will actually cancel your online account immediately, so that you can't access it anymore, but will still charge you for a renewal of something you can't even use. I am convinced this is the only way they have to make money, cause their AI is pathetic and no one would actually pay for that (a 1st grader could write better copy). My husband and I were actually laughing at the non-sense it generates, I even have an example that I had sent to my husband of something the AI came up with when trying to generate some copy to use as a description for a simple pillow:

"The lumbar pillow has a shape design of a woman and has horse printed on it . The bodice of the horse also shows the original outline of the body, as if she were hot and her hands held over her head by his neck. The image-type printing is based on paintings made with an overall tone, creating a soft blue tones appear."

Mind you, my pillow has nothing to do with horses, women or bodies. Majority of the copy generated made me laugh, but to think that I was charged $46 for that is not funny at all, and it really infuriates me.

I first emailed their customer support on April 27th to ask them to cancel my account since I had been trying to cancel from my profile since the day before, but the website was not allowing me to cancel on my own (first red flag). The same day they got back to me with this email:

"Hello,
Not a problem, your subscription is cancelled and you will not be billed again."

On May 7th I noticed a charge for $39 on my CC, so I emailed them again forwarding the previous email, and asking for a refund as I had cancelled my account on the 27th and I was not supposed to be charged. They ignored my refund request and responded with this:

"Hey there,
I have cancelled the account for you. Please allow 2 business days for the cancellation to process. If we are within 2 days of the plan renewal period, we cannot guarantee that you will not be billed for the next period."

At that point I told them that they had already cancelled my account on the 27th, and their response was:

"Hey there,
We only received the email to cancel on May 7, cancellation may take up to 48 hours to process."

Not true at all, as I had the previous email saying they had canceled my account. So when I pointed that out they just responded with this:

"Hello there,
I just checked, and the account had been cancelled on April 27th"

Once again no mention of the refund, and when I insisted they told me that I had canceled after my trial expired. Also not true because my account said my trial was valid until the 27th, but now they are saying I had to cancel 48 hours before it expired. It seems to me like they had no problem closing my account immediately so that I couldn't access it anymore, while still charging me for a renewal on the last day of what was supposed to be a trial I had also paid for. On top of that I was not informed that I would be charged $39 for "late cancelation" when I first emailed them to cancel. I was told I would not be charged again.

I had to open a dispute on my credit card hoping to get the money back, and to stop them from charging me again. I don't know if I will be able to get that money back, but PLEASE don't let them scam you the way they did with me. Save your money and look for something or someone else to help you with your sales copy. This is definitely not it.

I cancelled my service, and they confirmed a cancellation but proceeded to charge me the next month. When I requested that I get my money back they said it's against their refund policy to return money after it's already been billed...except I had already cancelled before the next bill cycle and was literally given an email "you will not be charged again". I'm going to court because when I've logged in I can see when you cancel they still don't stop payments and I can't change my card details - literally had to get a new bank card.
