One of the worst software and they should state that they are in beta version in general. Customer support is the worst Ever. Neither attitude or knowledge. They charged me for a whole week with working service and then once they charged my credit card they stated that my subscription start date was a week early and my subscription will end after almost 20 days. Regardless the un professional way that customer support was talking to me with no effort even to offer help for neither my subscription issue or the bug that they have in their system. Users can’t trace their words consumption!! I had package of 20k words and before even I reach 1k words, system showed me message that I run out my 20k words !!! I contacted customer support to report the issue that stated the same!! And guess what ! I found out that whenever I get this message, simply I need to hit the page back button and then I see that the system works and my content is created !

Any way it’s a total waste of time, money since it’s not value for money at all. Since you pay for a system full of glitches moreover unprofessional customer support that you will feel helpless with them.

Copy Shark ha sido mi peor experiencia en materia de servicio al cliente y usabilidad.

Cree una cuenta de prueba, para identificar si se trataba de un buen servicio. Al cabo de unos minutos descubrpi que no era para mi, pues sus resultados en copy son pobres. Procedí a cancelar mi suscripción para evitar cobros y ¡oh, sorpresa! Copy Shark se cobró de todas maneras.

me comuniqué para un reembolso, y la respuesta e sque la política de la compañía no lo permite. Tienen política para evitar reembolsos, pero no para la satisfacción del cliente.

Al ser obligado a continuar con la cuenta, dado que no recibiría mi dinero de vuelta, tuve que esperar 2 días para poder empezar a usarla, pese a que ya se habían cobrado.

Intento darle oportunidad a Copy Shar, pero la verdad es que los resultados que ofrece en la generación de textos es lamentable. Textos incoherentes y sin ninguna punto de partida que sirva de base para dar conitnuidad con la creatividad.

Pese a todo esto, Copy Shark no ofrece reembolsos, como gesto de buena voluntad por su nefasto servicio, que además se debe sumar a su mala gestión al cliente.

No recomiendo en absoluto el servcio y producto de Copy Shark.

Signed up a trial in March 2021. Cancelled after a week as the system is quite frankly abysmal and I would have been better getting my cat to pick random words. Requested a refund and was told that they don’t offer refunds.
Closed my account and was told that no more payments would happen.

2 days ago, got charged for another year. Contacted again and was told that I’d re-signed up. Have been arguing with their support for 2 days about refunds. Despite meeting all the requirements of their refund policy I still don’t have a refund.

AVOID THIS “COMPANY” AT ALL COST.

Copy is mostly gibberish, the content credits run out extremely quickly and the app is extremely clunky. The sales page smells of used cars. I've tried this before reading other trustpilot reviews, but I should've read them first, it feels like a scam, but the sad thing is, it probably wasn't meant to be, it's just a bad product. Hopefully the founders change things for the better and make a great comeback. I'll happily try the app again then.

I just got charged for the plan and immediately I asked for a refund. I didn't even used the app and they say they don't have refund policy.

I signed up and paid after the trial but my account kept saying I used all my credits. This was two months ago and I still cannot use my account. The platform has bugs and I cannot delete my account or cancel my service. They keep charging me. I am waiting for the very rude 'Max' to fix this problem although I will likely need to notify my bank and flag the transaction as fraud.

The generated copy is sometimes nice, other times it is complete junk. The problem is that you are charged per word on the basic plan so you better be lucky. When you want to cancel, good luck as the button is broken and the customer service is unhelpful. As a last resort take this scammy site up with your credit card.

There is no option to cancel before or after the trial period. I emailed them 3 times and Max kept replying to cancel in the app. But it's prob just a bot cause they always say the same thing. no matter what you write. The entire thing is a scam. CopySmith is actually better and has an actual Customer service team. CopyShark is a scam.

It's as close to a scam as it can possibly be.

Charged me without even giving me access. Customer support won't care about any problems and resolve any issues.

Terrible output. Useless for good copy for websites. I canceled and didn't even get the courtesy of having my paid month completed and no refund option for the remaining unused days. My advice to the developers is you launched this too soon. Go back and get it ready for a proper release.

I even sent them a screenshot of my account with the email I gave them. They didn't reply. My card got charged and I can't do anything about it! Not to mention that the app is not useful at all. I tried it once and never use it again. Now I have to close my card. Very angry with this company.

It's a scam!!! I wanted to test out copyshark but it is pretty basic. Be careful as their trial is only 5 days and even tho I did not get to use the full features as advertised in their videos, no access to the creativity of output feature, they did not accept to refund me. So I wasted 30$ on a monthly plan of a service I am not able to use with full features! Very disappointed in this service.

I created account 9th of January, I tried their service and I have emailed them that I want to cancel my trial 11th of January.

Then during one week I was in correspondence with their "customer service". asking them to cancel my trial, because it's impossible to cancel it through account preferences. They were not able to find my account ! I sent them screen shots of my account, I sent them even my login and password to my accounts, it was useless.
After 5 days, they finally cancelled my account, but they charged $29. The response was "Monthly plans are non refundable as per our policy". Trying to explain them that I wanted to cancel my trial after 2 days of use is impossible. They even do not have phone numbers and you can not talk to them Avoid copyshark.ai it's scam, in case of problems they will never refund you

I tried to cancel my account and got a screen saying "you don't have any account data yet. Please refresh or try again"

I then contacted support who said there was no account under my email address - even though I sent them a screenshot of my account (with the email address I was using for my login details) they still couldn't find my account. I tried to login to my account a couple of days later and I got a message saying that there was no account under this email address - so problem solved? Far from it.

A few days later Copyshark took money out of my account even though I do not have an account with them. I'm literally paying for a service I can't even use!

Their excuse why they took money out of my account? Because my account login email address and billing email address were different. Has anyone heard anything more ridiculous in their life?

Can you imagine if you signed up to a service like Wix or Jarvis, you delete your account but because you used a different billing email address you would still get charged for that service? That's fraud! When your account deactivates, everything associated with that account especially your payment details should be deleted as well. A clear breach of GDPR as well.

Ok but surely the Copyshark support team would just give you a refund, learn from this and defuse the situation? Nope, they aren't giving me a refund as "Monthly plans are non-refundable as per our policy".

I'm absolutely fuming. I'm paying for a service that I don't want and I can't even access! My bank, UK financial authorities & GDPR regulators will all be informed over this fraud of a company. Oh and Facebook as well, it was only through their ads that I signed up for a free trial.

Your company and algorithm and software is completely useless especially for Germany I’m unsatisfied with your company your service your program your administration and your stuff which try’s to handle my issue

I am very sorry for you that you can not pay off an unsatisfied customer and prefer to try to bind him to you even if you get criticism for it.
Simply pathetic.
I really feel sorry for you, you try to make a start up with customer satisfaction at the top but what really comes out is no service, no help, no solution proposal only a blunt you have accepted it.

Spamming the absolutely hell out of my inbox on black friday, 6 emails and counting.

Didn't like the product, tested it, paid for for the first month (wanted to), after some testing wanted do canceled. Something did not get right so paid second time (did not want t), canceled right after it. No refund policy even without any usage for the last month so not very pleased.

I subscribed for a 5-day trial account and very quickly realised that the software is not as good as others available on the market, so I decided to cancel it three days later. I was unable to cancel the account online in the account settings (was getting a message "You don't have any account data yet. Please refresh or try again later"), so I requested them to cancel it via email. Their response was “you can cancel it in the account settings”. All my further attempts to cancel it were unsuccessful, and as a result I was charged for the subscription that I did not want to proceed with. I attempted to contact them numerous times since then, requesting to cancel the account and provide a refund, with no result. I have now started a dispute of the transaction through my bank. Very disappointing, CopyShark!
