Bold face liars!

Bold face liars! I ordered an item I needed within a week, when 2 working days had passed and the item was still "processing" I decided to to check if I could cancel. I was to contact customer services to put in a cancel request and this is fine as long as the item is still processing, great. I tried calling, the number is no longer in use, so I emailed and waited a full 24 hours. With time ticking on I decided to order from another supplier (item arrived in 2 days from them)

I got a very rude response after 24 hours that I could not cancel as the order had been sent.

I asked for proof of postage/tracking information. I was ignored, I asked again and 2 full days after THEIR response to me to say the item was already being shipped... a label for shipping was created. That's right, it had in fact not been shipped at all. I emailed again told them not to have that item collected. They posted it anyway.

Absolute liars, opening a case with PayPal to sort it out.

ZERO RESPONSE FROM SALES TEAM AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMED

I have been placing an order of 1 pc Centri 776 SEK (Order 2002157632) since JUL, 2022, the order shipment have been delay from early 2022, my order was confirmed immediately and payment confirmed 8th of August, 2022. Till this moment in time no response to their email, no excuse, not even refund.
Can someone talk to me or this should we conclude that CONRAD International scammed us.
What a poor Customer Service at all!
Don't be deceived, not even the email is going through as highlighted by Trust Pilot.
Get alternative means of reaching out to this company please

Piece of s*** service from CONRAD INTERNATIONAL

I have been placing an order of 2 pcs encoder since OCT 2021, the order shipment have been delay from early 2022, then delay to middle Feb 2022, and delay again to CW 10/2022. The surprising part is my order canceled automatically without sending prior notice to buyer. Since after it canceled, i have been writing email once every few days and no reply at all. The money until now is not refunded yet. What a poor Customer Service at all!

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Ordered NEW Hue light from Conrad…

Ordered NEW Hue light from Conrad (delivered form Germany). Clearly box had been opened and the box looked like it had been dragged around a warehouse for months before it was posted. To add insult to injury some of the components in the box, necessary to fit light were missing (explaining why the box had previously been opened). Have communicated with Conrad a few times, always with auto reply (Large backlog on email etc).... weeks passed - nothing. Would not recommend this supplier.

Very slow service

As per the other reviews, extremely poor service. I placed an order for an item that was advertised as in stock and available for shipping. Over a week later the order had still not shipped so I opened a support ticket to check what the problem was and they responded after a further 4 days, after which the order was finally dispatched. This is not the level of service you expect from a large online retailer these days.

Very poor customer service, very slow, uninterested in customer experience - avoid!

Placed a big order this summer with Conrad EU (formerly Conrad UK) which arrived after more than 6 weeks, mainly because UPS failed to deliver it. Whilst waiting I informed Conrad about UPS failings but never heard back from them. Once the parcel was delivered, Conrad invited me to review my customer experience which I did. I also placed another message to their Customer Service to express my disappointment that I never heard back from them. After several weeks, Conrad's Customer Service finally wrote to me with a luke-warm apology blaming staff shortages. Apparently, a member of staff failed to contact me because by the time they got around to look at my initial message, they saw that the item had been delivered. Conrad also claims they have no way to scrutinise UPS' performance or to do anything about it, even though it was unbelievably poor in my case. Conrad wrote that they are aware of problems with UPS but do not follow up because they will not obtain any meaningful answers from UPS. Only possible conclusion from this is that Conrad just doesn't care about their customers' experience. My recommendation is to avoid them.

Ordered an item and it was refunded

Ordered an item and it was refunded, except £7.76, which I assume was postage.
No correspondence or reason for refund at all.
Avoid this company, I'm assuming they get alot of customers ordering and only refund the item, keeping the postage?

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!! Placed an order 2 weeks ago, money was instantly taken from my account, then revived an email 4 days later saying my item was out of stock, that was it no further correspondence or info as to what would happen next just an automated email to say it was unavailable.
Since then I have emailed them 4 times and messaged through Facebook and Instagram and not received a single response from any of it just further automated emails telling me they will get back to me.
Disgusting service and still no refund. I will be contacting trading standards and filing a claim through PayPal.

Paid for my items by credit card over…

Paid for my items by credit card over the phone. Eventually received the goods. Several months later was chased by debt collection agency despite having heard nothing from Conrad that the payment had not gone through and despite having an invoice that stated that it had been paid by credit card.

Customer Service Not good

I ordered a Radio Controlled watch from Conrad which worked fine for a few months and then it stopped for no apparent reason and I had to do a reset. This has now happened a number of times and has become very annoying, so I contacted their so called 'Customer Services' on the 4th July 2016. Received an automatic acknowledgement, but after nearly 4 weeks and further emails chasing them I have still not had a response to my enquiry. I have sent another email today so I live in hope of a response.
On the plus side their products are good value and the watch looks expensive; no good if it does not work properly. I returned the watch on the 9th August 2016
On the 16th August 2016 I left further messages on Conrad website and eventually someone responded. They denied they had ever sent me a Case number in the first place and also stated that they had not received any of my emails but acknowledged that returned watch had been received. They stated that the watch was being sent to Germany. 2 days later I received notice that a replacement watch was being sent out. This arrived on the 23rd August. Once I managed to contact someone they actioned the replacement fairly quickly. But overall I would not recommend this company.

AVOID

Pre-sales is excellent, EXCEPT the 044 number is a Premium rate & they can choose the rate as you are not phoning UK. You are phoning Austria! It cost me a fortune

I bought two items, own brands. Rubbish & had to be returned. Ignor their FREEPOST address, it can't be tracked. I paid. The items were received to a Conrad UK warehouse address in 48 hours Royal mail.
BUT getting my money back from Austria is a nightmare.
Conrad never ever reply to emails, & I emailed 3 addresses, many times!
. So either abandon your money OR just keep phoning Austria! 3 weeks on I am still waiting for a refund
