You should be able to leave a zero as a reveiew. Before you place an order read the reviews. This is an appalling company. Im amazed they are allowwed to trade in this day and age. Canmt get through to them on phone, dont reply to emails, written letters. Contacted Citizens advice sent them Breach of Contract letter which they ignored. Finally after 7 weeks the printer arrived. Based on my experience I would say dont use them.

How do i leave a zero star review for this "company".

Ordered a Fryer from them late July, they took my money, said it would be with me within 5-10 working days so i waited. Nothing turned up. CONwales said it must have got lost and would sort another one out (not sure how as they are out of stock and these fryers are like rocking horse.........). Days went by, no info from them at all and just excuses.

Eventually i got fed up of waiting so asked for a refund. And here is the funny part. They said i could have a refund once i refuse the delivery( yeah the one they never sent). It was then i decided to threaten them with a chargeback through my card company.

And guess what, a few hours later they said i had my refund. Today that refund is on my card so i decided to leave this review.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! There are words i would like to use to describe them but i'm not allowed. I honestly hope they go out of business so others don't have to deal with them (Companies house for them is interesting too).

If CONwales dispute any of this i'm quite willing to share the emails between me and them to prove i am telling the truth

They are not a real company. They take your money and don’t post out the goods. Their site is full of misleading information and fake company information. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Would give -100 stars if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've been waiting for my refund for an order I returned to them over 2 months ago. I've send them endless emails to which there is no resolution, no replies and my emails are also getting ignored. I tried calling their store multiple times and of course no one picks up the phone. Absolutely appalling service!!! Currently I have send 6 emails chasing my refund to which I have not received a response since their last email on 26 July confirming they finally FOUND my return - only a month a half since I've sent it and it was delivered to them. If you are thinking to order something from them, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want a horrible service and to be left out of pocket!!!!!

I am 80 and this is the first time I've had to write how appalling the service has been. So bad that I can't discuss it with a few lines. Top and bottom of the story is my blender bowl smashed and I returned the rest of the machine but was not willing to send broken glass. So the outcome is no refund and it had only been used a handful of times. Waited weeks for replies and none of them was satisfactory. Don't just think twice about using this firm but read the reviews and then make your mind up. One word DREADFUL.

Do not use

It did take a little longer to arrive than some other suppliers but it was a product no one else had. So I am as pleased as punch that it came and once I was notified it was on its way, it came the next day. Thanks!

Don’t go anywhere near this company! A complete waste of time and money! I ordered a Samsung microwave for £170 and it took ages to arrive and is completely useless as the instructions are in a foreign language and totally useless! We have completely wasted our pension money and are devastated! These companies ought to be exposed for the money grabbing shisters they are!!!!

Writing as someone who saw lots of negative reviews after placing an order, I was more than happy that I not only received what I ordered, but it was also delivered fairly quickly. Definitely not a scam site from my experience.

Had orderd from them 2 days ago but I need to cancel my order as Iv orderd the wrong thing and they still haven’t got back to me 2 days it’s a joke I feel like they don’t look at messages or emails and I don’t know how to get the money back.

I can’t get in touch with the company. Item hasn’t arrived and I have no way to contact them to get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed an order for garden tools, received a confirmation of the order but the products never turned up. They have ignored all attempts to contact via email and resolve.

Be careful, I ordered a gift for my nephew with a 5 day delivery. Once ordered and paid my confirmation email mentioned delays so a 10 day delivery. I waited and had no further communication so I checked online and delivery was further delayed. I cancelled my order using the option in the email and was told my order was on hold and I would receive cancellation confirmation. Again I had no further communication I emailed several different email addresses all bounced back, the Facebook site states permanently closed! Eventually I had confirmation my order was cancelled and I received a refund. It seems this company tries to sell items the do not actually have and delivery times are nowhere near accurate, they are very poor with communication almost nonexistent! I will avoid in future.

I haven’t received my purchased goods, it was meant to take 10 working days. I have emailed 3 times, they state they will respond in 24 hours, a week later and still no response. I’m wondering if this is a scam website.

Bought my son some school supplies because it was the only retailer I could find that sold the bag he wanted, wish I hadn't bothered!!!! Spent weeks trying to get my goods, eventually i asked for a refund at which point i recieved a dispatch email, recieved most of what i ordered but the bag is missing!!!

Awful company placed an order never turned up and no way of contacting them as the email address I received on receipt is no long working….never ever again .

I read lots of terrible reviews about this company but I wanted to order some my little pony soft toys for my daughters birthday and this was the only company that seemed to stock them in the UK. I took a chance, it took a while to get my email confirmation and there was not any communication until I received an email saying it had been dispatched about a month after I ordered it. They estimated the delivery date as 3 weeks later but it arrived next day. I was pleasantly surprised It arrived and on time. I will have one happy girl on her birthday.

I'm posting this in the hope that you are smarter that I am and you are googling this horrendous company prior to ever buying anything from them.

Sadly all of the negative reviews here are 100% true in my newly acquired experience. I ordered a fridge/freezer a few weeks ago that said it would be delivered between the 5th and the 12th of July. I didn't get any kind of shipping confirmation, tracking number etc. I sent an email (both through the contact form on their website and directly from my inbox) asking for confirmation that the order had been shipped and a tracking number. In the meantime, I started googling the company and the dread began to set in as I saw lots of stories of people ordering and never receiving their items whilst never hearing from Com Wales again. I chased up my emails multiple times, feeling myself fill with cold fear as I realised that I had paid the company just under £670 and their reputation was awful! I finally got an answer saying that they were contacting the warehouse to confirm it had been shipped and they would get me the name of the courier and a shipping number. My doubts assuaged a little that they had at least answered my email, I waited to hear back from them with the shipping number. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. To this day, with the delivery window well and truly passed, after multiple emails every day trying to find out what's going on with them and fruitless phone calls to the phone number that I managed to find (it rings out, then transfers you to their voicemail box which is always full), I have no further communication from them, no fridge and no clue what is going on.

I can't even tell you how disgusted I am that a company like this is still allowed to trade and con genuine people out of their money with, what seems to be, no consequences or ramifications for them and they remain free to continue to do this. We're working directly with our bank to try to recover the money. We have no fridge at all because the place we're renting didn't come with one, the one we paid for wasn't delivered and we can't afford to buy a new one until we get our money back from this one.

It's been so stressful and so upsetting. Please, all I ask if that you do what I didn't and perform your due diligence on this company before you give them a penny. I'm sure that all of the reviews like mine will convince you that they are thieves and con-artists and encourage you to trust a reputable company with your hard-earned money so you don't end up in the situation that my boyfriend and I now find ourselves stuck in. The stress and worry has been intense and really hard to deal with and I feel like I have no one to blame but myself for not checking them out properly before buying anything from them.

I am going to do everything I can not just to get our money back but also to stop this from happening to anyone else, starting with leaving this review, in the knowledge that even if only one person reads this and is persuaded not to buy from them, at least it will have been worth writing it. I did see some people mention seeking legal advice, reporting them to trading standards etc. We can't afford legal advice, namely because we've lost almost £700 to them and we still need a fridge but I'm going to look into how I can file an official complaint about them to the ombudsman or similar governing body, how to report them to trading standards etc. I feel like it's my duty to try to stop other people from being tricked and stolen from the way we have.

Please just keep your fingers crossed for us that we're able to recover the money from our bank or we're going to be in a really tough situation.
