GetItFixed provided excellent service throughout, keeping me informed of the repair at all stages. I now have my radio/CD player back and am delighted to have it working again. It is good to know that there are companies like GetItFixed that believe in repairing things rather than throwing them away.
Repair rather than replace!
It’s great to find a company that can repair items, rather than having to replace! They did a great job replacing the screen on my Ruark R2.

Postage paid by them up front when player sent to them and then return included in repair cost which is fair enough.

I have sent my CD player to get the…
I have sent my CD player to get the disc draw fixed. It was still playing CDs. When it came back it was no-longer able to play CDs. GetItFixed said to return it which I did 2months ago. i've had no response to calls or emails. No CD player and £150 out of pocket.

I wish I had read the reviews carefully before sending them my speaker. This scam has cost me £116. I received an initial quote of £168 including VAT for the repairs, based on my description of the fault. I sent the speaker with a prepaid label they provided - nice. They received the item and kept pushing for an extra fee for expedited diagnosis (mind, not repair!), denied. They diagnosed the issue and confirmed the quote BUT the amount I had to pay included at that point £12 postage (okay) and £26 handling (?): total £206. No choice, I paid and they went ahead with the repair. A couple of weeks later and I received a “Repair Failed” message. Apparently, there is another unrepairable fault and that’s it: I have the choice to “recycle” the unit (yeah right, even in parts, the unit is worth more than the repair costs..) or to have it sent back. In order to get my unit back, I had to pay £28 service charge, £38 postage and handling, £50 unrecoverable parts. Just unlucky? Read the many other reviews of customers with exactly the same experience, no matter the product. Mine was a NAIM Mu-So. Hope I can save some customers from them with this review.

Beware of the handling and postage fees. They eventually fixed my earbuds, initially coming back not working at all. Warranty system to be fair is pretty organised.
Quick response, clear communication and easy UX to book repair
They were easy to find from a search and the website UX was straightforward to use. I felt reassured with their knowledge and experience to fix my phone. I sent a photo and got a quote, paid and sent my phone. They kept me updated and tested the phone and advised a new battery. Very reasonable price. Sent back and all good!

Repairs were very efficiently carried out on my Luxman Tuner Amplifier, to a very high standard, I was told it would take about 8-10 weeks to carry out my repair, at the time, know one expected all the problems in the Gulf, this did not impact too much. So all things considered I am very pleased with the result I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future. my reference no is WO-010280.

Delivered an old Arcam Alpha 9 amp to have the source selector replaced.
Get It Fixed were unable to locate a replacement part so I collected it back from them.
A full refund, less the initial inspection fee was back in my bank account within hours.
Although they were unable to fix the problem, I would certainly use them again.

I had a disappointing experience with GetItFixed Ltd, although the situation was partially resolved in the end.
Initially, the service felt misleading. I was quoted one price, but later charged significantly more for inspection. Communication was inconsistent and unclear throughout the process, which made the situation quite frustrating.
The most concerning part was the delay in receiving my laptop back, along with unclear information regarding dispatch and tracking.
However, after multiple follow-ups, the company did return my laptop and issued a partial refund, which I appreciate.
While the issue was eventually resolved, the overall experience could have been handled much better in terms of transparency, communication, and customer service. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I give them 4 and a half stars!! The battery had swollen on my Fiio M11 plus after 3 years and I had real problems getting a battery replaced. By chance I came across Get It Fixed and decided to take a chance after 4 weeks they had replaced and returned my player and everything was done in a very professional manner. I was so please with it it was like my Birthday! Thank you get it fixed. Just one thing I took half a star off because communication by phone is non existent and being a new customer with so many mixed reviews online I was a bit worried but I'm glad I took the chance !! Thanks guys I could kiss you all!! 🤣
