Great customer service, great support. Very friendly staff. I interacted with Mike and Pam. Tried out several mattresses, ordered a Tempur-Pedic. Tried out some pillows, ordered two, came home happy. Delivery was fantastic too! Fast, clean, easy. A wonderful experience. Thanks Mike!

We were shopping for a new mattress and Comfort Zone carried a brand we were interested in. The sales person was very nice and let us try out the mattresses without pressuring us. She let us know that one of the mattresses we were interested in was a discontinued model that was on sale for a great price. We ended up buying it. The delivery team was very nice and set up our new mattress without any problems. The only reason I gave Comfort Zone 4 stars instead of 5 is that their showroom is not laid out very well and is dark inside. The interior is not very inviting and seems more like a warehouse. I think that might turn off some shoppers.

We had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at the Comfort Zone. John delivered a very honest and expedited salesmanship experience. The ordering process was seamless and delivery was on time, with constant communication throughout. I would definitely recommend the Comfort Zone.

Easy to deal with, the bed did take quite a bit longer to receive than I had been told so keep that in mind and order early. Other than that the service and workmanship are first rate. Very helpful.

Denise was extremely helpful with details and measurements and design ideas. When I stopped by to finalize the sale, Pam made a seamless transition in matching colors and arranging delivery.

We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

They're delivery crew is also very prompt and respectful of my shoeless house. I also like the pillows that were recommended. I liked them so much they were my Christmas gifts to my family.

Comfort Zone is a great company. I found a very clever sleep sofa for my small second bedroom, and the installation team was very professional.

We bought a Murphy bed. Sharon was with us every step of the way with support, knowledge, great suggestions, even kind patience as we tried to decide between so many great choices. Our bed is fabulous, just right for the space! And all our guests have been happy, comfortable and even wowed. I’ll always go back to Comfort Zone. Start to finish, it’s the best.
