The experience was fantastic with communication and professionalism. I live in a rural area so on my end I had limited communication via phone so apart from that situation on my end everything went great. The bed is amazing, best sleep ive had in 10 years. The gentlemen that delivered it insisted on taking care of everything even though my husband wanted to help out they were very kind and professional. We definitely made sure they both got a tip for their amazing service because it was a lot of hard physical work bringing that in our home.
The only issue I had due to my limited cell service is that customer service "for delivery only" closed at 6pm and my delivery was delayed to over 8pm and I couldn't get someone on that end with accurate time information.
Other than that minor thing my experience was amazing. I've never spent so much on a mattress and it was hard for me to justify it but with the incredible quality of the mattress and the 100 day guarantee plus the service throughout waiting for it's well worth it:)

We were looking for a foundation that would support our full mattress that was only 52.5 inches wide with slats less than 6" apart and built well. This Beautyrest 5.5" foundation fit the bill and we are extremely happy with it. The feel of sleeping on our mattress has been wonderfully enhanced.

What a difference a mattress makes! Seriously, after 6 years on a "memory foam" mattress, a mattress I had to battle every night to find any comfortable position, my Beautyrest Black Series 3 is paradise. I have a very bad back (3 herniated discs), and I can feel the extra support provided by the mini-coils. I'm sleeping better, and much more comfortably now.

I ordered directly from Beautyrest, and the experience was stellar. Great communication, quick shipping, and very easy delivery. Very happy overall.

Deliver was GREAT! On time, polite, pleasant crew. Quickly brought in the new mattress, placed it correctly and took away the old one.
The mattress looks and feels great.

Very good service

I ordered a beauty rest mattress and adjustable base on June 19th. I received notification both had shipped as of June 30th. My mattress arrived after the delivery company, RXO, rescheduling. The base was scheduled to arrive on 7/3 but was not delivered. The same occurred every week for the next 4 weeks. Each time I contacted RXO and was given a different reason. The truck was full, the base wasn’t at the warehouse, it made the schedule too late etc. I sent an email to Beautyrest and basically received a non answer. I love my mattress but would caution anyone to avoid ordering directly from serta as long as RXO is their choice for delivery. I have never dealt with a company as I dependable as RXO.

The delivery and set up was great. My bed was assembled quickly and the gentlemen cleaned up afterwards. My mattress is very comfortable. I haven't slept this well in two years. I really enjoy my new bed.

Great mattress

Due to a medical issue, we were unable to use the product we purchased from beautyrest. This was an issue that was unknown to any party.. ourselves, our Dr and obviously Beautyrest. They kindly worked with us to help make our situation workable and comfortable.

I chose the 7" BeautySleep full-size mattress in a box as the easiest alternative to replace a very old, high quality innerspring mattress, and, after sleeping on it for 2 weeks, I am totally satisfied. It is as firm as my old mattress, which is what I prefer. My only concern is for how well it holds up.
It came in a large box which was a bit torn up by FedEx, but the mattress itself was fine. Two 80-year old people were able to take it upstairs and unroll it onto the bed. It certainly is easier to handle than the old innerspring mattress. And it's quite amazing that this tightly rolled bundle turns into a full size mattress!
Also, as I recall, when searching for a 6" or 7" mattress to use with my old box springs, this was the only one I found with a one-year warranty.

The bed is so comfortable. Quality is excellent. Very happy with the purchase. Delivery was great!

Hello. I ordered my mattress over a month ago but never got it. I live in nyc and the last mile delivery vendor RXO told me that they “damaged” my mattress and that they will order a new one and get back to me. But I haven’t heard anything from them for a few weeks. Also I tried to send you guys an email but was not helpful. Please help.

The entire process was seamless.
Ordered online, setup delivery online and gentlemen punctual and polite.
Removed old mattress and packaging

Delivery was flawless. However, this is my 5th BeautyRest Black Hybrid purchase, and ar $4800, my most expensive. This version does not feel as Plush as the others by a long shot. Feels far more firm than the others, which were all plush. I should not have upgraded from the base model.
