Warranty, Ffion, and the service team, have been great. With ffion resolving claims with the brand quickly. Keeping us upto date. On significant progress. She's a star, likewise Mike.
I'm confident with using CLV Wales again. Their whole process is great.

Easily the best company I have ever used!
I'm not really sure where to start. The initial sales process was flawless. Here's the thing, though: it's when things go wrong that you get the true measure of a business and the people in it. Like everyone else, I had niggles when buying a new motorhome, and yes, they solved all the issues. However, when major things went wrong, and oh boy did they! they truly stepped up and went way beyond any other company I've ever dealt with. Their communication was nothing short of outstanding, and their ability to resolve a major issue without drama was truly refreshing. If you are looking for the best-in-class sales, service and aftercare, I cannot recommend Continental Leisure Vehicles enough. A special thank you goes out to the amazing Ffion, Sue & Luke, all under the incredible stewardship of the service centre manager, Lowri.

Steer Clear or Regret It
Bought a motorhome from these folks in June 2025. It had nothing but major problems from day one. Despite this being well documented with photos, videos and inspections, 5 trips of over 500 miles back and forth with them claiming to have done the repairs, and problems persisting and the thing still under warranty, when we tried to go down the route of rejection back in August/September 2025 of the vehicle all they've done is give us nothing but hastle costing us thousands and claim that all of the problems are either cosmetic(bad solar, bad water pump, leaking tanks, bad catalytic converter) or we caused them. We had to return the vehicle with all the paperwork, keys, and V5, and we have not received any of our money back. We are still making the payments despite the thing in their possession. Who knows what they've done to it, since now they're trying to say it's damaged. Well not on our watch and we have photos and videos to prove it. Any reputable dealer would have just taken a vehicle back after the first few complaints but not these folks. They just make up a story to try to fit the evidence like a bad police investigation. They've even gone so far as to hire a specialist fraud guy to come up with the story. You can't make this up. It's happening to us and to good people like us. God help you if you have a problem because these people won't These people are frauds. They had over two dozen Carthago motorhomes at over £100,000 each along with a dozen posh vans at £70-80,000 each and another dozen various others all over £50,000 each, so over 50 in total all sitting on their lot for months all over Summer and Autumn and then all of a sudden poof! All of the inventory went and they said they sold it all but Companies House shows they have nothing in the bank. Steer clear or you'll regret it as we do.

After looking for around 3 years
After looking for around 3 years, we found our motorhome.
We visited clv on numerous occasions. We spoke to Shaun Ennis and told him what we were looking for.
A few weeks later Shaun phoned to say a Autotrail tracker had come in.
We visited and fell in love with our now new motorhome.
Shaun was very helpful and we didn’t feel pressured at all.
From the moment we saw our motorhome to the handover, Shaun was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and if we needed to know anything he was there.
Shaun explained everything we needed to know about our new motorhome.
Definitely recommend Continental leisure vehicles and Shaun was great ☺️

I have just bought a motorhome
I have just bought a motorhome, from continental leisure. they are a very good company to do buissness with, I will go back to them in the future. the gentleman who delt with us was, Ross Lynn. he was absolutly briliant. he looked after us from start to finish. what ever continental leisure are paying him isen`t enough. he explained everything we needed to know. there was a few things I needed to know, so I had to go back. straight away ross came out and onece again explained everthing to me, he was so helpfull without any complaints. Due to the way we were treated by Ross, we will deffinatly go back to continentall leasure. thank you Ross for your help, thanks to you we chose the right motorhome. all the best Graham

Campervan Hire
We recently had the opportunity to be the first people to hire a Campervan from Continental Leisure Vehicles, Cross Hands, Wales. They entrusted us with their brand new Sunlight Cliff 601.
We had initially arrived at their impressive site to look at our options for purchasing a Campervan for future planned adventures. We quickly identified a possible contender but were not quite in the position to go ahead immediately. We also felt hesitant, as we were not sure whether in reality it would be the right choice for us. Iwan, Mark and Shaun were extremely patient, listening to our needs and answering endless questions.
Coincidentally Continental were making available some vehicles to hire and we decided to book one to “try before you buy”. We are so glad that we did! We managed to take a 92 year-old parent out for the day to the seaside in complete comfort. This was a wonderful, highly memorable experience for us all. We also visited other family and managed to get to the glorious Pembrokeshire coast as well. The freedom the Campervan provided was invaluable, stopping and using its facilities and resting en route.
When we picked up the hire vehicle Iwan gave us a thorough introduction to it and provided an excellent concise manual of very helpful guidance and instructions. We used this a lot. He even temporarily adapted the Sunlight to meet our needs. The Campervan was very well equipped and comfortable, especially the bed. Communication at all times throughout our hire was excellent. Iwan gave us his contact details to use at any time, if needed, during our trip. This was very reassuring.
In the light of our experience, we have learned a lot and we will certainly be returning to CLV-Wales to consider an appropriate purchase. Many thanks to the team at Continental and good luck with your excellent new hire service. We highly recommend them!

Roller Team Pegaso 590…
We ordered a new Roller Team Pegaso 590 at the October Caravan and Motorhome show at the NEC Birmingham from Continental Leisure Vehicles Swansea. Their guy on the stand was Ross.
We agreed to part exchange our Auto-Trail F60 (2020 reg) I was a little concerned as our last habitation check had revealed some damp. All this info was reported to Ross who settled my nerves.
All the usual arrangements were put in place to collect on the 13th March 2025.
The new motorhome was in a clean dry garage plugged in water tank filled and heating turned on for our first sighting. Very professional handover by Ross and thorough explanation of the operation of the appliances (Heating, water, pump, beds, Gas Electrics) There were a couple of items which were sorted immediately. Ross arranged for us to stay local for our first night so we were close if there were any issues unfortunately there was one. The engine management light came on making the motor go into limp mode. We returned the next day, Ross test drove the motorhome and then took it to a Fiat main dealer to have the engine sensor re-set. A week later using the motorhome each day, all is well with no issues.
Ross was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to rile him. A fine representative for Continental Leisure.
Four Stars not five due to the engine warning light (particulate filter warning) Not Continental Leisure's fault but it did affect our experience (it was managed well by Ross)

Continental Leisure - service department leave a lot to be desired!!…
We purchased an Etrusco motorhome from Continental leisure in March 2024. We dealt with Ross who was great at the time. After collecting the vehicle we drove 3 miles down the road at which point the engine warning light appeared, we immediately returned the van and the team dealt with the problem in a manner which caused no complaints from us. During our first week of ownership we discovered a few niggling issues which were due to be covered by the warranty we had.
1. The reversing camera was not functioning,
2. the bathroom door would not stay shut
3. the light Inside the door was flickering.
4. Drivers seat turning mechanism was broken.
The motorhome was also sold with a new mattress which was ordered.
We returned the motorhome for the camera to be fixed, bathroom door and chair to be fixed
On collection we were informed that the camera could not be fixed and that a new one would be ordered, they also had difficulty sourcing a replacement mattress as apparently Etrusco no longer manufacture the same style. We were informed that they were unable to fix the bathroom door and that there was nothing wrong with the light we had complained about. A further appointment was booked. This has been a protracted problem, and we have had difficulty scheduling appointment times but we have never been difficult to deal with or complained about service. I have managed to ascertain where the reversing camera was originally fitted to the van in order to help Continental Leisure rectify the camera issue. We have continued to have a good relationship with the dealership UNTILL the last couple of days.
We booked our motorhome for warranty work completion, habitation service, engine service and MOT in December of last year all of which were due to take place this month. On the 12/02/25 we contacted the service department to confirm the appointment date and time and to check what needed to be removed from the vehicle for the hab check. We were informed that the appointment time was 19/02 at 9.00am. We have been actively researching vans as we had decided that although we love our motorhome a panel van might be a better fit for our lifestyle. We therefore attended the Motorhome show at the NEC on the 18/02 and met with Iuan from Continental Leisure to discuss the van we were interested in. On Wednesday we delivered our motorhome to Continental Leisure, on arrival we were met by a young lady who was shouting at a small dog in the service office calling the dog some unpleasant names. We said were were dropping the motorhome in and gave our name at which point she told us she couldn't find us in the book. I informed her that we were told the appointment was for the 19th and she then seemed very confused as to what the date even was and told me the date today was the 12th (Wednesday was 19th/02 last time I checked!!) she was quite rude in her manner and when discovering her error of the date said she didn't know what went on around there as she never works in the service department. When checking the correct day in the diary she discovered that our van should have been in for MOT on the 18th and the rest of the work on the 19th. We left the van with the assurance that everything was Okay and that the work would be done nobody checked our contact details. We then spoke with Mark who is the sales manager to discuss part exchange value of our motorhome against the new van we had seen at the NEC. My partner received an email later that day to contact Sue in the office to arrange collection and that only the habitation service and warranty work had been done. The MOT and engine service had not been carried out as we had missed our appointment. Sue's manner left a lot to be desired baring in mind we had purchased the Motorhome from them, we actively discussing purchasing another one and that their staff member had actually given incorrect information which lead to the appointment being missed. I collected the motorhome this morning, to again be met with a rude, dismissive attitude. The habitation report we received reads more like a valuation report, it also includes reports of issues they had said were unfixable or that did not exist when we had requested rectification under warranty. I was also very concerned that it seems who ever undertook the habitation check was not aware that the truma heating system in the van will give an error code if you attempt to start it on electric when gas is selected on the truma screen (normal for the system!!) and reported our heating system as not working on electric!!! All in all a very bad experience over the last two days. Goes without saying wont be buying another van from Continental leisure - service dept needs training in customer relations!
Brought a 2018 Swift Rio 320 from CLV
Brought a 2018 Swift Rio 320 from CLV. Drove 2 1/2 hours on Sunday 2nd to collect it. Ross at CLV was in communication from placing the deposit and collecting. Great hand over covering all aspects of the vehicle. Once the paper work was done he waved us goodbye. As our journey home progressed a strange vibrating sound was gradually getting worse, to the point that we had to pull over on the M4. It was coming from the large front cab to window. It appeared that the window had become detached from the winding handle and the only thing holding it down was the 2 side latches. We called Ross to explain the situation, he invited us to come back but we explained we were only 20 minutes from home.
He did not hesitate to tell us to get home safely and he would come and collect the motorhome the following day. What service. He came and drove the MH back to CLV and the service team set about rectifying the problem. A new part was fitted the following day. Ross then drove the MH back to me and we went through what had been done. So in summary Purchased/collected Sunday, Ross collected/returned Monday, Part fitted Tuesday, Retuned to me Wednesday. Now that’s what you call great service, going above and beyond the call of duty. And to add to this they filled the MH with fuel so we were not out of pocket. What more can I say other than I thank Ross and the team for their dedication to “keeping the customer happy” I sincerely recommend CLV and will definitely go back if we decide to change the motorhome. One happy camper 😃

Great Service!
I had an ongoing issue with a dodgy brake/side light on my 2011 Swift. I contacted Continental Leisure through their website and got a quick response from Sue in the Service department. She arranged for us to call in when we were passing which we did a few days later. We were immediately looked after and after a short time the issue was fixed. Staff were very friendly, knew what they were doing and we can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend the service department. Sales staff were also friendly. Thank you to all that helped us out!
