Quick and excellent customer service by Maria - sent an email on date of a concert that had been booked through them to say we couldn’t go due to illness and to see if they could resell tickets. As it was a fully booked concert, they were able to turn round the request by the start of the show, kept me informed throughout and refunded my ticket.Maria was able to resell those on waiting list. No fuss, no buts just sensible and proactive service just as it says on their ticket blurb.. Very impressed

Had to sell my tickets as I could no longer attend the event. The response was really quick and friendly. They kept me up to date and sold my tickets for me. I received the refund a few days later. I'm very happy with the service and it encourages me to buy tickets via wegottickets in future.

Couldn't make it to an event I'd booked.
I managed to double book for an event and expected to either give away my tickets or accept i wasn't going. I contacted wegottickets for advice and they said they would try to resell them. Kept me posted all the way and did resell and refund. Very helpful, very Human.

Unfortunately we were unable to attend a comedy event and Zin at WeGotTickets were really helpful.
They replied to my emails promptly and actually managed to resell the tickets for me.

Zin was absolutely brilliant. I pressed send too soon and mistakenly booked my tickets for a Friday when I should have booked for a Saturday. I wrote to the WeGotTickets help mail address and Zin sorted out my problem and re-sent tickets for the correct date immediately, I couldn't have asked for better service.
