Great Food and Awesome App
I was skeptical when I saw the 6.99 price tag - but the food discovery on the app was great, delivered on time and the meal was delicious.
Great Food with Great Prices!
I work from home, so finding cheap delivery services is a must for me. I ran into Club Feast, and was a little skeptical on the meal with the price being at $6.99. I was wrong, the meal was not only delicious but I had enough to have dinner later that night too. I'm on a budget and Club Feast has saved me so much.
4 stars - highly recommend
You can't find meals for $6.99 anywhere especially in the SF area. Tried ClubFeast for the first time a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, portion sizes and best of all the price point. Definitely legit tech company trying to support local restaurants while helping users find great deals on meals.

My husband and I recently started using Club feast, and our meals normally arrived on good time. We had recommended to all of our friends already!
Been using Clubfeast for over a year…
Been using Clubfeast for over a year now, I genuinely love it! General savings is about 30-50% when compared to other food delivery apps. Customer service has been always helpful, I had few times when the order arrived late and when it was too late I got a credit.
It has also been continuously improving which is promising for a new service with more dish options, on time delivery and general features.
Horrible experience
Ordered a meal which should be delivered between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. At 6:45pm, we got a message saying that the estimate time was 7:15pm. So we just prepared our own food. And the meal came 7:35pm.
If you want to wait for your food for 2 hours at the night of weekend, go ahead. I just won't use it again even it's free.

Dishonest and Unresponsive
My first few weeks as a Club Feast member were good. I was disappointed there were so few participating restaurants in my area, even though I live in one of the most restaurant-dense neighborhoods in Manhattan. But I did like one of the restaurants, so I just ordered from there every week. Still a good value, I thought. THEN! With no notice to customers, they stopped delivering, and began dropping orders off at street level. It’s not Covid-related, as it happened well after NYC reopened and went officially maskless. (My deliveries were always touchless, anyway.) I’m disabled, and cannot retrieve orders from any location other than my doorstep, so I started trying to reach customer service using the support email they give as their only means of contact. All I wanted was what I was paying for. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS. I couldn’t understand why some reviews praise their customer service, but I’ve since learned they’ve been busted for certain management staff members planting fake reviews on assorted platforms. They didn’t respond to my emails until I cancelled my membership and threatened to file a chargeback if they didn’t stop charging me. And even then, they offered no apology nor explanation. I did get a refund.
They recently sent me a “please come back” code, so I figured I’d give them one more chance. After all, new companies make mistakes as they grow and learn. Welp, not in this case. They didn’t apply the coupon and charged my card without permission, twice in one day! And of course, no response at all to any of my emails insisting they fix this. Further, their promo and website still say they deliver, when they in fact do not. And in all this time, they’ve added no new restaurants in my area. I guess they rip off the participating restaurants, too.
If you like one of the participating restaurants in your area, and you’re able to go fetch your order from wherever the leave it, you may want to give them a try. But watch your credit card statements carefully for overcharges. And be aware not all of their offerings are cheaper than ordering directly from the restaurant. Also understand they appear to have no customer service department. This is a problem.
