This company is a scam, they shutdown the dashboard for all customers and keep charging us without explanation.

We signed up for their corporate program, used them for a few events, and received excellent service and on top of that great prices. We pulled the trigger and started using them for our daily lunches at the office, so far 1 week has passed, morale at the office is super high and our team is really happy with the number of different restaurants we can choose from - keep up the great work, Club Feast!

I've continued to have the WORST customer experience with Club Feast. You can assume at least one meal/week will be delayed. The communication randomly goes out so you don't even know when your order was delivered. Their customer service team doesn't help at all either. It's not even discounted anymore, so this app is truly a waste of time. Use a different service.

For the last few weeks the app does not show any meals or restaurants. I still get reminders to order but there is nothing to order. Did they go under?

It was great at first meals being $6.99 but now it’s practically the same as any other food vendor services- charging $12+ for meals. Not much restaurants added since the beginning- so pretty bored of the same meals every time.

I made the switch from using doordash because 1. prices have skyrocketed on their platform and 2. I overall had a better experience with club feast. The app is easy to navigate and I love the price comparison on the app with door dash or uber eats. You can see in real time how much you'll be saving if you order through Club Feast. of course there are not nearly as many options as doordash but the options that are listed have all be highly rated. Its nice seeing a smaller company actually take a step back and do food delivery the right way, its cost effective for me and im not overwhelmed at the amount of options I have or anxious at how much my lunch will cost.

After a couple of months of using Club Feast almost daily, I’m very heartbroken to have to quit using it since I’m moving out of the state. Club Feast really outshone all its competition in the months we’ve used it in almost every category, from price and quality to delivery consistency and customer support. We will surely miss them heaps at our new home and hopefully they will soon expand to cover more areas around the states. Anyone that is lucky enough to be in the Bay Area should take advantage of the service Club Feast provides. We eagerly await their arrival in Oregon!

It's Good! There isn't really much more to it. I’m not the biggest fan of food delivery apps but thankfully Club Feast gets rid of most of the hassle that comes with the monotony of getting the same food delivered that I already know to my house and has helped me find more places to discover near me. With the pandemic winding down I do not order much from any delivery apps but on the rare, off chance that I do I will be using Club Feast to find someplace new that I have not visited before. Who knows, if we get back in lockdown, I'll use it even more.

This 3rd party delivery company has a confusing and illegal policy regarding their delivery workers .. their dispatchers are inexperienced and do not live or work within the route vicinity.. they advertise as 21 per hour but you only get paid for one hour PER DAY while having to sit and wait for an inexperienced dispatcher to contact you for a job you may or may not get. They get you to sign up beforehand for routes but you are not guaranteed work.. TIPS and Mileage reimbursement are included in the 21 per hr Wage and are not separate from that. That is an illegal practice here in NYC...yet they continue to do it and advertise as if they pay top dollar for their delivery drivers.. this is a Sham Company and needs to be dissolved.

Working for them has been a disappointment, not only did not pay what they owe me, but I worked over the time and did not get paid for it. They do not pay you for mileage either. If you are thinking of working for them, don’t find something else !!!!!!!!!!!

It does seem too good to be true, meals for that cheap? I really was setting myself up to expect a subpar delivery service based on the price difference. I was pleasantly surprised when I not only got my meal within the first 20 minutes of the time slot, but it was HOT!! The driver followed the no contact protocol and left it in my designated location. Will absolutely be using Club Feast from here on out :)

I was skeptical at first, but after placing my first order I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Much more affordable than other options, I'm using this as my go-to moving forward.

The meal prices are way much cheaper than other food delivery services that you can get with the same quality! Also, there’re lots of food options from local restaurants to try!

Club Feast rocks! Dinner time during the school week is a breeze now!
