I contacted Customer Service to add some medical forms to my cruise booking and also had quite a few questions relating to the process. I dealt with Hau Kim Thai, who was extremely responsive, patient and knowledgeable throughout. My questions were answered clearly and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction.
